No complains. I love waist training so this one felt nice and doesn’t show for me. It may differ by person but I only wear skirts and dress so it didn’t poke through.

Price is great but the metal digs in to me. Had to modify it by placing mole skin on all the ends. Doesn't make me sweat at all when I'm running around all day. I specifically choose this because I have a short torso but if it was an inch shorter it would be better. Possibly then, it would not dig in to me as much.

This works, pulls it all in comfortably. The material is breathable and durable.

I didn’t notice a difference in having it in or not in terms of shape or tummy control.
