Banned PlayStation 5, they do not work online
This item seems like a stolen item as when I switched it on, it displayed a message from Sony PlayStation "This PS5 service access is permanently or temporarily suspended" Code WS-116332-6. When I search up the code online, it says "The error code WS-116332-6 on PlayStation 5 indicates that access to the PlayStation Network from your console is prohibited or temporarily unavailable. This typically occurs due to a violation of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service, which can result in either a temporary suspension or a permanent ban of the console"

Exact as expected
Product arrived in good packaging, it was super fast next day delivery. Exact as described, barely any marks of usage but it was possible to identify it wasn’t a new device as expected. Everything functional controller in good condition

Said it would be excellent condition the console it’s self showed up dirty ! And so did the controller the console has a large black stain on the front of it aswell I do have photos of this ! I brought excellent condition as it said there would be no marks that where visible from more then. 30 cm away the black mark is deffinitely very visible and the over all cleanliness was disgusting I would not recommend

I paid for excellent but received acceptable and not tested beforehand
I bought the ‘excellent’ condition one. I had a few minor problems: 1. When it arrived the HDMI wire it came with did not work at all, lucky I had a spear. 2. There was also a little crack on the bottom of it. 3. The controller it came with had stuff marks, rattles and has little dirt in the ridges of it. 4. The console itself overheats too easily. If I bought the one that said ‘good’ condition I would understand it cannot be perfect but I spent more on the ‘excellent’ condition. I would return it for a better quality one but it is too long of a process. It would be easier to change a wire, clean up the controller and I can live with a little crack in the back.
