Super soft & fluffy. When it is shipped it is vacuum sealed in a roll & comes out flat & the "cave" does not stay up. After 24 hours it puffs up & does as it is supposed to.

I bought this for a feral cat who is always around. We wanted him to a have a soft and cozy place to curl up and keep warm. At first I thought it would be too small, but he curls up into it and fits fine, so not having extra airspace around him helps to keep him warmer. This is a nice little bed and the price was good.

My puppy LOVES this dog bed, it's so cute when he crawls in and peeks his head out. The only two small drawbacks is that the "ceiling" of it droops a bit. After we washed it, however, it stopped drooping because the material of the bed got really stiff instead of fluffy when it arrived. It doesn't bother us or the puppy too terribly, though, as he still seems super happy in it. Overall I'd say get this if you need an easily movable option for your pup to have a nap on, but manage expectations that the fluff factor will stay intact longterm!

The bed seems roomy and soft enough, however the hood refuses to stay up so that the animal knows to crawl in it. I’ve had it for a couple of days and my pet has of yet decided or utilize the bed. I hope I didn’t waste my money.

The media could not be loaded. I got this bed this winter for our senior dog (at least 17 yrs old) who seemed cold all the time, especially at night. She almost immediately figured out how to burrow inside it on her own. She has some nighttime incontinence issues, so I’ve already had to wash the bed many times. I wash it on warm with a “bulky load” setting, and dry it on medium. It has held up surprisingly well.I got the 20” bed. Our 10lb poodle-mix fits perfectly in it. We have a much younger dog (about a year old) who is a little bigger. She has also burrowed into the bed and fits well, but it’s a bit “snugger” fit.I love this bed. It washes well and provides a cozy resting spot. It’s possible the complaints of the “hood” falling are for the larger dog bed. So far, even after multiple washes and a couple months of use, the hood stays popped up.

Good quilty but to small for my dog.

I bought this bed for my 11-lb cat, but she hasn't tried it yet. She definitely has her own mind! I was pleasantly surprised by its size; it's bigger than I thought it would be. It looks cozy, although the top part that acts as the 'lid' of the cave doesn't quite stay in place, and the foam on the bottom is thinner than the picture makes it seem.
