As all Flake enthusiasts know - it’s a fragile product prone to being delivered in a crumb like stateI have bought this product twice - both times the pack was delivered promptly, the chocolate was fresh and not broken or fragmentedIt’s more than likely that I will be buying more from the vendor - as other vendors have sent the flake more as a “Crumble”
