This ice pack was used to relieve neck pain from the sling needed as a result of a broken shoulder. It conformed around the neck once frozen with not too much difficulty. The part that fits around the back of the neck is not as adjustable as it needs to be for a closer fit. The soft side made using it more comfortable.As designed, it seems to work best along the upper back and shoulders.

I Love it! It is so buttery soft on one side & the other side is silky smooth too! I originally got it for my dog that has Epilepsy to help keep him cool during a Se!zure but it is great for a person or a dog😅 It's comfortable & stays evenly cold, it's large enough & even comes with a freezer bag to keep it in so it doesn't get icky or icy in the freezer...

This works but not quite how i'd prefer. It doesn't fit me quite right and I have to use a clip to hold it in place (not included). It also sweats a lot when it thaws out which I haven't experienced with similar products. So while I love the idea i'm not entirely sold on this ones execution.

Good shape, fit well

I’ve struggled with chronic neck pain for the last 12 years and have had my fair share of heating pads and ice packs. Even patches and creams. This is by far the best ice pack I’ve come across. It is perfect for my neck as it can be draped over my shoulders or I can lay flat with it. Stays cold for about 30-45mins before I feel like I need to put it back in the freezer. It’s helped calm my pain a lot.

Doesn’t stay in place. Seems like the design/shape doesn’t allow it to be used as it was intended as an over the shoulder cooling pack. (I even placed it under my neck brace after surgery and it just doesn’t work)

Arrived on time. Box was in good condition. Placed it in the freezer for four hours. Started using it for 20 mins and it worked well.The material is what it’s supposed to be. It didnt leak, its not rock hard solid, its flexible and covered my neck and shoulder. But this is based off of a smaller person. What fits me, may not work on the shoulders or neck for others. All in all, I like it. Does the job 🤙🏻

This product is incredible!! I absolutely love it and use it almost daily. I really like that the side that touches your skin is a soft fabric instead of hard cold plastic. Works wonders for neck and shoulder pain.

Heats up In 2 minutes for me, And the cold last a long time.
