I used a couple of times and it does not turn on and pressure does not increase… no customer service available and basically money lost. Do not buy it

It sterilized my pouches BUT it is loud, and you have to make sure you have the steam outlet tube into a sink or something because it lets out A LOT of steam. Pretty much all of the water that it takes to sterilize the products, will come out that whole so make sure you have a place for all that water to accumulate into. Besides that, it did the job. I wish I would have just saved up a bit more money for an autoclave that doesnt let out the steam through the back end like this one does. I have to have a mop bucket to keep up with the back steam outlet. Also, I can't even have it running while I have clients because it is not quiet, or atleatst quiet enough, to where we forget about it. It's like someone turned on a white noise machine 10x.

Terrible! Do NOT buy this autoclave. Only worked 1 time. I have done EVERYTHING to troubleshoot this and nothing works. It won’t turn on and Amazon won’t refund the money. Manufacturer won’t even answer the phone.

It wasted a lot of my time. I couldn’t open the machine door, and it delayed my plans. Terrible!

It works OK, but there's no Drying capability

I was expecting a brand-new sterilizer, but what I received had visible scratches and even rust marks on the metal parts. This is unacceptable for something advertised as new. It makes me question the storage and quality control process. Definitely not the quality I paid for.

Only lasted about 8 cycles, or less! It just completely stopped working out of nowhere. It did a great job sterlizing, but it was not worth the cost. Would not recommend, its definitely a waste of money.
