My phone is consistently dead. I can snap it on. It adds to the right of the phone but who cares when you can get a full battery 😂. If you loved the morphine phone charge case you’ll love this snap on charger. The battery life kind of suck and over heats the phone very fast but if you need it in a pinch you’ll get atleast 50%

Great product. I’ve had Mophie chargers before and know them to be a quality product. Works great. Never worry about if phone is charged or not. Holds the charge well also.

I have had a few of these batteries. They work well, I just keep misplacing them. They are a good compact size, lightweight and they charge well. I wouldn’t say they charge too quickly, but the speed of the charge is good and it gives me about one full charge and a half.

Great little charger and the MagSafe charging is amazing no cords no hassle

This charges my iPhone 13 Pro, but it does it very slowly. I guess it’s good when in a pinch but it doesn’t charge as quick as I expected.Also, instructions advise DO NOT put your phone in your pocket while the battery is connected. Basically, to be on the safe side, you need to have your phone out while this is charging, not put in a bag or your pocket. Might have something to do with heat dissipation, but I’m no scientist.

The product works as described. I like the MagSafe snap-on magnetic connection that works very conveniently with my iPhone 13 Pro and the universality of its USB C connector and power cable. However, what disappointed me considerably is the absence of an easy to inspect device charging progress system status while charging up the device prior to its use. There are four tiny green indicator lights on the side of the Snap + mini juice pack that are either flashing or solid that indicate the progress of the charging of the device prior to its being used. Each light can flash or go solid and this represents the progress of charging in 25% increments. All lights flashing means between 0% and 25% charged. Once the first light goes solid and the three lights to its right continue flashing that equals 25% charged and on the way up to 50% charge and so on, right up to four lights solid meaning 100% charged. However, to see the status of these darn indicator lights you need to press a button to check pre-use charging progress. However during pre use charging these four status indicator lights go out after only a few moments. So a casual glance at any given time at the device does not reveal its charging progress status pre-use. You have to go over to it and press an on button on the device to check its current pre use charging status and progress to full charge. That is cheesy! I do not want to keep going over to a device to check it’s progress to 100% charge or to even see if it is still charging up. I do not know who designed this but they were not oriented towards customer convenience. So Messrs. Mophie/Zagg, you need to design a juice pack that constantly shows the user the status of progress to pre-use full charge without constantly having to press a button on the device to check this. You need a better always on charge progress status indicator than this present system. I suppose I can live with this, as it is, but it is far from ideal from a user convenience perspective. I am surprised that pre-marketing user testing did not reveal this particular annoyance or maybe it is just me having unwarranted expectations, but those expectations are not satisfied by this current design.. So highly convenient to use with MagSafe feature but rather inconvenient to use from a charging status inspection perspective. So one star knocked off for this design inconvenience.

Great product and service!

I should have done a better job of reading the lower rated reviews. I used this battery pack with my iPhone 14 Pro Max -- a full charge is roughly 40-45% which isn't good enough. Unlike the wired Mophie chargers, this one is will stop charging your device when it gets down to one light. My other Mophies will charge your device until the batter is completely depleted. Also the battery and phone get way too hot while charging. So hot I wouldn't recommend you leave it charging around small kids/toddlers as it IS a safety hazard. The more I type this review I've decided to return the item and search for a better option.
