Good Transition Strip
We needed a transition strip for a doorway that has a hardwood floor on one side and a tile on the other. Unfortunately the two floors are not equal in height and the available strips in hardware store couldn't accommodate the difference. Anything we tried had to be nailed, but the nails for threshold strips only come in one length - not long enough to solve our problem. The threshold strip kept coming loose. I was excited when I saw this strip with spacing difference, but wasn't sure about just sticking it to the floor. I was afraid it would work loose and become a tripping hazard. Much to my surprise, the sticky strip is holding fast and doesn't appear to be coming loose any time soon. It was easy to cut to fit the doorway any easy to install, just make sure the floors were very clean and stick it in place. So far, so good. You can't tell there is a height difference and it looks great.

Fits well (easy to trim), adhesive seems to be holding well
Have needed this for some time to account for a height difference between a new kitchen floor and hallway with the original wood flooring. I let the strip sit for a few days to straighten out/lay flat from shipping then trimmed (messed up a bit - measure twice folks LOL) but it does a good job of providing a transition for the heights. The adhesive backing seems to have had enough surface to establish a good hold but we'll see if that holds up. Nice neutral color for my situation.

Garbage at best
The idea is great, the product isn’t! Sure sticks to the tile but since it was rolled up from upside, it keeps curling up the two edges and the thinner part is wavy. Off to look for better…

Easy to cut and install. Good adhesion.
I used it for a cement floor to laminated floor transition. It was super easy to cut, with a knife and scissors. The adhesion was great.*Make sure you clean the surface from any dust and dirt, really well. I used a disinfectant wipe.**Roll it on the opposite direction to make it flat before installing it.Super easy solution.

it is curled and won't flatten out
It was rolled up when it arrived and I was not able to flatten it out. The gap I need to cover is one millimeter less then the strip covers, I was hoping the adhesive strip will pull it down. The adhesive is not very strong and won't keep the strip flat.

A good solution for a common problem
I am glad I found this: I have a kitchen floor that is slightly higher than the floor of the adjacent dining room and this transition strip can solve a problem that wood parts could not solve, because you can’t thin the final part of the wood as you can do with a PVC strip.Only problem, that takes away the fifth star, is that the product arrives rolled, thus it tends to roll around itself. Before you can measure, cut, and mount it, you need considerable time to flatten it: and you have to take into consideration that this is a sturdy product, a solid transition strip, so it will take time to flatten it properly. It is not flimsy and cheap. My advice ? Put it under something relatively heavy, until flat.It is a very good idea, just needs a tad of patience.

Prevent Uneven Floors
I like this strong durable floor transition strip. I like that the strip is very easy to use. I also like that you can cut the strip to the desire fit you need. I like that the strip comes with an adhesive back for the strip to stay in place. I like that you can use the strip to to prevent any accidents when walking from tile to hardwood floor. I like that the material is made of rubber compared to some of the metal strips. I like that the strip is flexible. I like that you can use the strip where ever you have uneven floors. I really like that you can peel and stick.

Do not meet expectations!!!
I believe it is sturdy and easy to install. However, it's challenging to make it flat; there are slight curls at the beginning and end, which worsen over time. The surface also develops ripples!
