The media could not be loaded. Lysine is a necessity for us because it’s great for the immune system. The trick is finding the right brand. We rely heavily on Thorne products because they appear to be the most consistent and the whole family can tell the difference when we are not taking this regularly. The pills are bit larger in size which can make it harder to swallow, but this supplement works so well it’s worth it!

Totally worth the purchase!
Love this brand! I take Lysine and B-12 from them. I’ve noticed the lysine helping my face breakouts heal faster. Totally recommend to anyone wanting a clean product to help them out. Great value, comes in a great sized bottle with good dosages very effective supplement!

these are great for me. I take them for cold sores. they are easy to swallow, they are kind of big, but because they are a smooth capsule, I did not have a problem.
