Ninety (90) 0.75" to 1.25" Dentalium octagulatum Shells

I was able to use some of the shells to make jewelry, but because they’re filled with sand and other items which is normal because their water type shells I expect there will be some dirt inside. Some of them were very brittle and small and unusable and some I could not get my needle through the holes no matter how I tried without breaking them so if you do decide to buy this product, make sure you order extra so there’s enough for your craft projects if that’s what you use them for and are able to have enough so you can poke your holes through… I did try using scissors to snip off some of the ends

There were a few too many broken shells. But they worked pretty well.
