Excellent book and great exercises for sciatica.

Book is printed on same paper as is a cheap coloring book. The cover is colorful and glassy. The inside of the book has no color at all. This book is so unattractive and non-alluring that I do not feel encouraged in the slightest bit to use it.

trying out the ones I can do.
Sounds as if I can accomplish some of the sciatica exercises. Will also be working on balance. I am 78 one step at a time

Excellent Sciatica Solution
Excellent book. Easy to understand descriptions and diagrams. No special equipment needed. The author is a nurse. I tried many solutions (braces, anti-inflammatory, vitamins) for sciatica and the plan in this book was the only solution that worked.

Relieve your pain
Often we do not take into account the physical health and it is something extremely important that we leave aside and in the end it affects us all, if you have any discomfort in sciatica or part of the back, I recommend you get this book because it gives you all those exercises that will make you relieve those pains that do not let you sleep at night, tells you the causes and possible solutions, the way you should treat that kind of sciatic pain in a training plan of 4 weeks to improve your health once and for all. It is a book that helps you build the discipline and motivation you need so you don't have to go through those health problems again.
