A lovely humidor that works like a charm. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the gauge on the lid is of a slightly flimsy plastic make. Still, sturdy enough and I do recommend it.

I wanted a Humidor that would hold 16 plus oz. of pipe tobacco. The description says this one will. Sadly that is off by 12 0z. It holds 4 oz. My wife wanted to keep it for coffee beans because it looks very good. I pay so so I returned it. As allways Amazon was very helpful with this so I have no gripe. Lewis

I was expecting a jar with a rack. If you read the fine print, you see the rack isn't included, but I do find the main listing and pictures misleading.That said, the jar is good quality. It come securely packed. It has a nice round humidifier with oasis foam (as you'd find in a typical cigar humidor) and you stick on the top of the inside of the jar with included sticky patch. It also includes an analog hygrometer built into the lid. I don't see a way to calibrate the hygrometer, so do the salt test on it (Google is your friend) and adjust your understanding of the readings based on the result. Also, for long life of the humidifier you will want to use DISTILLED water.In my experience, though, pipe tobacco is not that sensitive to humidity level provided the jar has a good seal. This jar has a plastic gasket that makes a nice fitting seal and it that seems to hold humidity well. I expect it will do the job well.I would also say it can easily hold a 100g jar of tobacco with no issues, similar to a larger mason jar. The jar itself is made of nice thick ceramic and has a cool pipe drawn on there. It should look great on your table or where ever and hold plenty of pipe tobacco.

This JIBILL Ceramic Tobacco Jar/Tin Cigar is a very nice product, especially for pipe tobacco or anything else you might want to keep in a small, humidity-controlled space.I foolishly bought it for cigars on the strength of its advertisement for that purpose. I say 'foolishly', because I really should have read up on the dimensions, which I did not. That much is on me.The part that's on JIBILL, however, is the marketing of this otherwise fine product as a 'cigar humidor'. Only the shortest, smallest, stubbiest cigars would fit in a humidor this low to the ground.So I'm giving this four stars because it's a good product, but I'm feeling slightly generous about that fourth star, because it really isn't accurately marketed.

The tobacco canister is nice and made from ceramic. It’s made really well but I didn’t get everything that was listed. In the description it says there is a wooden pipe stand included. There is even pictures of the pipe stand. All I got was the jar and there wasn’t even instructions for how to use this. I’m not sure how much water to add and if the water needs to be tap water or diluted water. All that was in the box was the tobacco jar. That’s really disappointing because of the quality of the jar. I thought there would be more. If a pipe stand is not included then it shouldn’t be listed in the description.

It’s good, but still ever so slightly Chinese. There’s no instructions included on how to use it and how or why it works, and the description on Amazon tells me that the hydrometer on the top registers the before and after but not the contents (what does that even mean?) and the materials do seem ever so slightly cheap for the price.It does seem to work, for whatever it’s doing. It seals tight, but like all rubber seals, will let in air and moisture over extended time.

This is the best looking one of all my sealed storage tanks. It is so beautiful. The workmanship and quality are very good. Seal the moisture storage tank. Ceramic jar body, moisture-proof and anti-mildew; black walnut beech wood sealing lid, there is a hygrometer on the lid (actually I would not look at this hygrometer); the sealing lid has rubber ring to isolate the air; there is a moisturizing chip.My grandpa likes it very much. It is used to store tea bags.

This is a classic looking and simple design ceramic humidor which works to contain smells and moisture as intended. Everything is reasonably good quality for the price, and it would look good on display.
