Folic acid? isn't that a toxic sythetic vitamin. why not use folate?

We do use folate, which is the active form of folic acid. Methytetrahydrafolate (L5MTHF) is in the formula, not the cheap synthetic folic acid found in most formulas. There is nothing wrong with folic acid, it is completely safe, however, we switched to the active form, because it is more readily absorabable by the human body, particularly in persons with a specific MTHFR gene defiecency.

Where can we actually read the mg. of each ingredient?

I do not believe it’s sourced from China You can look up Dr. Sandra Chabot
