On the basis of routine blood work, my PA recommended Homocysteine. I assume it works fine though I truly can't remember what it's for or why my PA ordered it. I'm 85 and feel fine- so, perhaps, it's doing wonders for me. I don't know-- I can't be my own control and experimental group. I can say that my urine is very yellow- enough, perhaps, to highlight text with, but I'm just being silly.

My husband saw a 50% reduction in Homocysteine after only 6/7 weeks!!! He took 1 capsule 3x a day for 6 or 7 weeks. We were elated to see his homocysteine come down that fast. Now he is only a few points away from the normal range!!! He made some significant diet changes as well. 100% gluten free. Reduced dairy significantly as well as beef and pork products. This product was recommended by our Naturopathic Doctor.

My dr told me to to take this supplement. I found it online and have been pleased with the service I have received.I now get it as a regular shipment which insures that I don't run out.

I set this product up on an automatic refill. I have taken it for several years to control my homocysteine levels in my blood. So far it has been shipped twice. I does the job of keeping the levels in the proper range for me.

I usually buy from Vitacost but they did not have Homocysteine Supreme although they did have Homocysteine. My doctor wanted me to take the "supreme" pills though so I went on Amazon and having so many merchants, they were bound to have what I was looking for. Not thrilled with the price. Can't understand why it's so expensive. Even the regular Homocysteine has a hefty price, but since my doctor said it was necessary for my health I had no choice bu to purchase these capsules. Hopefully my vitals will improve and I will no longer have to take them. I pop too many vitamins as it is along with prescription ones as well.UPDATE:I am no longer taking this supplement anymore as there was no improvement in my vitals. It was supposed to help with my blood pressure and while I don't think that it was the cause of its increase, my blood pressure, rather than going down, went up. There could be many reasons as to why it increased, but the point is, this supplement did not do what my doctor had said it would: improve it. At best it remained the same, which was already high. IOW it never lowered it, as was the reason for me taking it.
