Royalcraft Dark Grey Helicopter Swing Chair with Canopy

Perfectly packed.Arms were slightly troublesome to put together but generally quick and easy to assemble.This comes in a box too big to get into aVW camper. Be warned 'Just a shame that once assembled if you swing Backwards and forwards on the chair as is very likely it then tips over.I have a different design one already and everyone swings on it.The design of this new one is flawed. The Base does not extend far enough forward to keep the center of gravity above the Base to keep the chair upright.It'll require a strap to secure the back to the ground. I'm not impressed

Bought for a Father's day present. Took a few hours to assemble due to poor instructions. The arms did not fit on the frame so these had to be left off. Therefore would expect a refund as product was not as in the picture.

Some of the tubing was bent and had to take it to a friend to make tubing round again.

Very pleased with chair put together by myself instructions ok 2 people is easier to hold parts whilst putting together & lifting chair into place.Overall a good item.

Firstly this was not easy to put together at all, some serious head scratching took place!Secondly it takes up a lot of room for a single garden seat.Thirdly the cushions are in and out all the time because if the unpredictability of the English summer.Fourthly the canopy does not do well with strong winds at all, it blows all over and in powerful gusts can lift and move the chair a fair distance.On the plus side this is a very comfy chair when it is put together and the sun is shining there can't be much that is nicer than sitting in this chair with the sun on your skin, reading a good book, swinging slightly in the breeze and enjoying a cool glass of wine. However this will probably happen 4 times a year if you are lucky!

This product looks to be amazing however the actual product that's arrived has been damaged. This wasn't a one off we've actually had, it was replaced several times & each product that turns up has scratches & marks all over the frame & one even had rust on it.I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Very tricky to put together. Scratched on arrival. Some of the bolts did not fit into holes provided. Eventually once it was assembled....I love it! A little misshaped but that doesn't bother me.

Poor manufacturing has spoiled the eventual enjoyment of the product. Nothing QUITE fitted comfortably together. In fact, I gave up trying to fit the arm rests altogether, as the brackets were nowhere near the correct angle. One of the holes through the main tube was mis-aligned and not at right angles, so had to be drilled out before the bolt would go through. Needs 2 people with reasonable strength to pull the main frame together until it fits. Would not recommend unless you've got a decent tool kit. Very comfy though!
