Defenders Vol. 1: Diamonds Are Forever (Defenders (2017-2018))

Gorgeous artwork; fast paced storyline and great character moments.Great accompaniment to the new Jessica Jones series since it's the same writer.

Not perfect but a good read nonetheless. Decent artwork. Well written with each character getting a chance to shine. Could have been pacier but doesn't really spoil the experience.

This is poor. No real compelling narrative, dull villains, none of Bendis' trademark witty Mamet style dialogue. It's not dreadful- just dull,dull, dull. The art is okay. Story is very repetitive, with characters taking it in turns to lie in a hospital bed. Diamondback beating Luke Cage, Jess Jones, Iron Fist, Daredevil, the Punisher AND the Black Cat? Really? Rubbish.Powers is great. New avengers was great. This isn't. Avoid.
