They came packaged in bubble wrap, one or two sticks a little broken, but to be expected. Marks nice on cardboard with pressure. Have not used on cement, but they work for the purpose of what I wanted.

We got this bright colored chalk for my husband to use to mark trees when cutting logs into firewood. He finds this color to be one of the easiest to see on the bark, and it helps him get the lengths just the right size for our wood stove. The sticks are nice and fat, and the chalk draws well on the bark. Perfect for our needs.

Love the way it puts down a nice solid line. Seems to have a pretty high pigment content from my limited experience. But It really makes your art stand out

My kiddo is in the stage where she really likes to draw on the driveway with chalk. This is a fantastic bulk pack of really thick chalk, which makes it nice and easy for her smaller hands. The color is great, rubs well without crumbling. And almost all of the sticks were intact after shipping. It's really hard to beat price for the quality that you get, and the fact that you get 40 pieces of jumbo chalk. They are all one color, but at the moment she just likes to draw, so that's not a downside. All in all, it works, it's thick, and it more than gets the job done! Highly recommended!
