The medium size (75" / 190cm) fits most people. The larger size is for broader builds, judge by your shirt size which fits best. The tail is a great way of allowing discreet nursing wherever you are as well as protection from the sun, wind and rain Linen is a natural and very durable fabric. It washes well on a cool cycle and can be line or tumble dried on a low setting. All of our slings come pre-washed and ready to use.
