The costume was damaged
The headband was torn and the bow in the middle of the dress has glue all over it. 1 side of the bow is completely hot glued down. If I would have known it was none refundable I would not have purchased it. I purchased this for my granddaughter to take her 1st Halloween pictures in now I have to purchase another one from somewhere else.
