The Bad: shipping was late. The unit came 2 days later than it was supposed to. The mallet head fell off so I had to grab a hammer.The Neutral: the material that the shoes rest on is not hard/solid. Some of my shoes kept falling because of it, but for some shoes, the flexibility helped the shoe to fit. Slightly wobbly, but I don’t plan to move it much or is it for anything other than shoe storage.The Good: Easy to assemble. It took me less than 40 minutes to build. I wear a woman’s size 11, and I was able to fit 48 pairs of shoes on the unit. It looks a lot better than I thought it would. The hooks are ņot really necessary, but by I ended up hanging my belts on the side. I don’t have that many, so it works.Overall, I’m very happy with the unit! I’m working on a fixer upper and this inspired me to make a dressing room!

This is a great shoe rack that holds tons of shoes and/or boots. It is easy to put together with a little muscle or by using the provided mallet. The only disappointing feature is that the material that holds the shoes feels like a strong paper material rather than the fabric I was expecting. I would think over time, with heavy shoes or other items, the “paper/fabric” will rip. Overall, a great product. I would buy again.

I ordered this shoe organizer to put my walk in closet in order and it did just that! From other reviewers I was concerned about putting it together but it was actually pretty easy. Organizer is well made and went together with no issues! Highly recommend this product if you're looking for an affordable way to keep your closet organized without the expense of pricey built-ins.

This shoe shelf saved my apartment. Our shoes were piling up everywhere and this instantly created so much more space. The shelf was easy to assemble and holds very well. The shelves can be adjusted for your needs and it has a nice sleek look.

this product came with so many defective pieces, we were not able to completely build it. its also so flimsy & cheap materials. going to see if we can make the defective pieces work if not then will be returning
