Very pleased with my walking pad!
I have used my walking pad for a year now and I have no complaints. It takes up minimal space and I like how I have decent leg room while using it. I recently lost the remote and contacted the company. They are offering to send me a replacement. I really appreciate it.

Top notch walking pad - 10/10
This is a high quality walking pad. Very sturdy yet easy to move and store in small spaces! Exactly what I was looking for! The belt is long and wide enough for me to feel comfortable with my long strides. I love the convenience of the remote and the ease of use. Would recommend this walking pad - 10/10! Also, as a bonus, their customer service is top notch. Very helpful and quick to respond!

Lube and adjust belt before use!
This is a fantastic value for the money. I paid $188 plus a $50 off coupon for Black Friday. For the price it’s hard to beat.Perfect for anyone 6ft tall and under.I used to work at a fitness facility and was in charge of machine maintenance. You must lube and properly adjust the belt before use for this unit.BEOFRE USE:Lube the belt via the lubricant hole near the top right side of the unit with the yellow flap lid. Use silicone oil or silicone lubricant spray (not included). Put a generous amount in the hole. If you use spray watch out because some will splash out of the lube tray. The manual says it comes lubricated but the belt and reservoir was bone dry after first inspection. After this run the belt at the lowest setting (0.5mph) and walk on it for 2-3 minutes. Make sure to walk with your feet in a V shape and toes on the outer edges, heels towards the center. This evenly distributes the lubricant on the belt. Now that the belt is lubricated, visually inspect the belt gap in relation to the edges on each side. There should be an equal gap on both sides. If the gaps are not the same width, you must adjust the belt. How to adjust the belt:Run the machine at the slowest speed (0.5mph). While situated at the rear of the machine (facing the machine the way you would walk on it) look at the belt gaps.If the gap on the left side is smaller than on the right side you must tighten the left side adjustment screw. This is at the rear of the machine (thin side) with the included Allen wrench.Tighten the screw 1/4 turn clockwise and inspect the belt after a few belt rotations. If the gaps are now equal you are done. If not, tighten another 1/4 turn and inspect. If the gaps are still not equal, go to the right side adjustment screw now, and loosen it 1/4 turn. At this point the gaps should be equal.Follow this same process if the belt gap is smaller on the right side than the left.Tighten right side adjustment screw 1/4 turn and inspect gaps.If equal you’re done. If not, turn right side screw another 1/4 turn and inspect gaps.If equal you’re done. If not, go to left side and loosen screw 1/4 turn and inspect gaps. After successfully lubricating and adjusting the belt on this unit I have no complaints. For a budget friendly, lightweight, easily movable unit with a clear read led screen and some incline this is a big YES from me.Time will tell for longevity of the unit, but it does come with a two year warranty card.

So far, so good, even the dog uses it!22
I like that this walking pad goes above 4 mph and includes the added capability to increase the incline. The incline is manual, so I do wish it had an automatic incline that you could adjust gradually. The way the incline works is that it has two adjustable feet, one on each side, when it’s laying “flat” or without the incline it still actually has an incline because the feet themselves lifts the front end of the treadmill up a bit off the floor so that it isn’t completely flat at 0°. Then, when you adjust the feet there’s a stark difference in height. What I wish was different was that there was a height in between the highest incline and the lowest incline so that it doesn’t feel so steep when you use it for the first time. I tend to get shin splints easily and so far have just used it with the adjustable feet in the lower position. It still gives me a little bit of an incline over the 0° incline walking pad I had before this, so I get more of a workout out of my walk, and I can go above 4 mph which also helps me get into higher heart rate zones. On the last walking pad I had, I wasn’t getting out of heart rate zone 1, and I wanted something that was going to give me more of a cardio workout without needing a full size treadmill since we don’t have the space for it. This one still fits under our couch, which is perfect for when you don’t want it hanging around in the living room all the time. It’s easy to put away and easy to bring out when you want to use it.The best part is, my dog also uses the walking pad on days it’s too rainy, dark, or cold when I get home from work for her to play outside. She started this at doggie daycare and we continued it when we got our own walking pad for the house. She loves it and thinks it’s HERS, she will even get jealous if I am on it for a walk and she isn’t lol It’s been a good upgrade from the last walking pad we had and so far I've had no regrets.

Tuve que devolverla por asuntos propios y lo entendieron bien
Fueron muy amables con mi proceso de devolución. Soy una persona grande y la caminadora no era suficiente para mí. Ellos lo comprendieron de inmediato.

Highly Recommend!
I love this walking pad. It is sturdy, not shaky at all, and gets up to a nice speed. Comes with a remote that makes it very easy to use. The incline option is nice as well, I definitely recommend!
