Have to return as suddenly stopped working!

Its a massive machine!....makes ice in roughly 10 mins which is nice and quick. The decals inside the tank "MAX" are poor quality,mine is floating around in the water after 12 minutes turned on,Drip tray is plastic cover with chrome paint.poor finish touches. Trouble is it makes the ice/cold water taste like plastic, have flushed it trough now 20 odd times,still the same

Fantastic ice machine worth every penny works great for my large family and entertaining Plumbs into the mains so no manual filling of water tank which was a added bonus as I wasn’t aware of this little feature when purchasing it 🫶🏽

The machine looks amazing, however this us our 2nd one, the first one stopped after 4 days of use. Saying that Klarstein were very helpful and exchanged it relatively quickly, seeing as they ship out of Germany and we now have stupid Brexit importation rules. However, we have recently had a number of errors due to clumping or solid rows of cubes, resulting in blockages. It's relatively easy to resolve, but would have thought something as expensive as this wouldn't have such an issue.

Can’t leave it on. Can’t leave ice in it. It melts. Can only have it on when you want it. Very fast at making I’ve though

Very good machine

Courier who delivered the package, just left it at the front door and walked off, luckily I found it before any porch pirates. Got it all unpacked and began to install. Thankfully, I did not plumb it into the main water supply but filled the tank with a jug. Crushed Ice was fantastic as was cold water, however, although the machine would create bullet ice cubes, it would not dispense them. Door to release the cubes would not open far enough so paying so much for a machine to make ice cubes is completely pointless. It is also quite large compared to other machines. Right now it is all packed up waiting for the seller to arrange collection, but contact is at a minimum. Quick enough to take your money, but slow to help. Parcel finally reached seller and they were good enough to give me a £20 amazon voucher for my trouble.

First one broke within a month, new one was sent out. Second one also broke. Dispenser didn’t work so just scooped from the top then eventually stopped producing all together

Lieferung sehr schnell, Super Das Gerät funktioniert wie beschrieben; sehr gut

So einfach zu bedienen und in Handumdrehen hat man Eiswürfel für kalte Getränke oder einen Cocktail 🍸 an heißen Tagen. Kann ich weiterempfehlen und im richtigen Eiskühler , einige Stunden haltbar.

A ver para mi particularmente es una máquina muy grande que vale mucho dinero las piezas son de plástico la pala es ridícula la máquina sabe el hielo raro y con referencia al vendedor me están respondiendo bien a ver qué pasa con mi reembolso entonces podré volver a opinar si con el reembolso hacen lo hacen pronto porque he tenido que llevarla al hombro a correos pero bueno la etiqueta me lo hicieron gratuita pero no han venido a recoger la casa pero el vendedor por lo menos responde ahora solo espero mi devolución para mí es muy bonita estéticamente pero no la veo ni práctica falla y sabe raro y tiene un depósito muy pequeño

Das Wasser schmeckt nachdem es in der Maschine war ungenießbar nach Kunststoff. Der Artikel wurde danach ausgetauscht, aber auch bei dem Ersatzprodukt schmeckt das Wasser nach Kunststoff. Artikel absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Was füpr ein schönes Beispiel für beklopptes Produkt-Design! Die Kiste is höllenlaut (auch im Ruhezustand), also für die Küche nicht geeignet. Der Wassertank hat eine winzige Klappe ander Seite (!), ist fest verbaut und nicht abnehmbar, das macht eine Reinigugn nahezu unmöglich. Will man das Wasser leeren (z.B: für die Winterpause) muß man das ganze Gerät auf die Seite kippen und das Wasser läuft durchs Gehäuse. Riesensauerei. Die Eiswürfel sind in der Form ganz OK, haben aber eine ekligen Chemie-Beigeschmack. Diese Kiste würde ich nie wieder kaufen!
