I've installed 100s of fixtures and this was the most difficult to install. Mechanically, the installation is not so bad, although as mentioned by others, the quality control and balance is bad but fixable. I like the overall rustic look of this, so the imperfections are passable.The biggest problem is the wiring, and I dinged the product hard for this. The only sane thing to do is to cut the wire and connect them on the chain and make it as invisible as possible (you can buy black connectors on Amazon). and the wires and ground barely fit within the threaded channels; you may want to lubricate the wires. And the bright copper ground is external. I think the manufacturer knows all this, because the instructions show the connection at the box, but don't show any other wiring (magic invisible wires in the instructions ;) I think they were embarrrased to try and explain.The imbalance for me was caused by the support rod not being completely vertical to the light wheel. I (carefully) bent it back to vertical. Manufacturer: This should be on a swivel.Like I said, I like the design and if the manufacturer learned some quality control and spent a few more bucks on the wiring problem and provided instructions the installation wouldn't have been so difficult. Once installed, it looks pretty good.Note: I would not use anything but LED bulbs with this. Although seven 60 watt bulbs on a 14 gauge wire is legal, IMHO it is pushing the envelope.

Bought 2 of these on 10/19. Overall I found these lights to be pretty good for the money. Not the easiest to install. running the wires through the fixture was a little difficult but doable. Hung the first one fine but the 2nd one wouldn't hang level. We took it apart, baffled as to why it wasn't straight and then as I was moving some of the globes around I noticed that 1 felt heavier than the other. We put them on a scale and sure enough, as you can see in the photos there were significant differences in the weights. I tried re-arranging them but couldn't find a combination that would straighten it out. I've emailed the seller for a new set, if and when they come if the problem is resolved I'll update. A lot of time was wasted trying to figure this out though, they can't fix that. Update: Seller sent 2 new globes that each weigh 11.9 oz. Light hangs level now. Not the ideal situation but good and courteous communication was provided with a satisfactory outcome. Lights look great.

good looking fixture, super bright overall its perfect for what i was looking for.After reading the reviews I was gearing up for a battle on the install.. its really not bad. like some have mentioned the balance may be a little off but not difficult to sort.I just replaced all of the fixtures in my living and dining room and the design of the plate and hanging mechanism on this was better than the other three chandeliers I replaced.

The Chandelier is great by design but the precision in craftman is lacking. The glass holders aren't all straight and there does not appear to be a way to make any adjustment. A couple of the holders are less than 90 degrees from the base, which should have been evident during QA check. The minor defect was noticed right before installation and we didn't have the time to wait for an exchange.

I rated it a 5 Star because 6 was not an option! : ) Product securely packaged and neatly arranged. Easy assembly and installation for chain hung fixture. High quality from the globs to the chains to the bare rustic fixture! Did I mention that I Love the globes?!? The fixture is beautiful. It was professionally installed by an electrician who indicated the light was not balanced. Some of the glass portions were taller than others, and some the top was not quite level. Also the distance from the wood to the metal on each side was slightly different. The electrician says this caused it to be unbalanced and required us to put lead weight on one side so it didn't tilt to one side.I did reach out to customer service who responded in several hours, however we rectified the situation so did not continue to waste time moving things around like they suggested.

I love the look, but doesn't match the chandelier from the same collection I bought. It's really red rather than rustic brown wood. Once it was up the color wasn't as bad or noticable.

Received on time, in ideal packaging. I bought this to go above a farm style table. The round wood part was too light for my rustic table. I sent company an email about sanding and staining it. Quick reply stated I could do that. Used a dark stain, two coats and it matches perfectly with the table. It looks like it was made for my style table. Love it.

A bit more red than it looked like in the images, but still gorgeous. Used led lights - very bright due to the 7 bulbs...
