Tap function stops working
Easy to set up however the tap function rarely works. Moreover it’s smaller than anticipated. Honestly, you can save money by printing your QR code through Google on a sheet of paper and be done with it.

Good idea but didn’t work as advertised
This seemed like it would be great for our business but it hardly works. We have had multiple customers attempt to use it and it not working without messing with it for a few minutes. It appears from the add to with with just a tap. If it actually that it would be a great investment

Easy to Use but Could Be Bigger
I'm happy with this NFC digital review stand—it was super easy to set up, and the single-tap technology makes collecting feedback a breeze! The only thing I'd change is the size; it feels a bit small, and a larger stand might make it more noticeable. Overall, it’s a great tool for collecting reviews efficiently!

The product did not work as advertised and the item is not eligible for return. Amazon customer service resolved the issue by providing a refund.UPDATED 2/6/24: Originally the product did not work and I don't believe it was programmed. Capture 360 followed up and sent a new one free of charge. New one works as described. Excellent customer follow up and service. Changed from 1 star to 4 star.

Customers still have to take the time to download an app and create an account
Pointless. Customers have to download a separate app anyways.
