Pioneer FH-X720BT Double Din Car Stereo for MIXTRAX EZ/iPod/iPhone and Android Media Access

Great stereo.I've had many stereos much more expensive than this thinking that I'll get something special for the money- sadly I've been mistaken on just about all those occasions.Yes, this doesn't have built in sat nav, but when you can get a Tom Tom that's easy to update for 50 quid, do you need it?...If what you want is a stereo that delivers crisp faultless sound, an can take all the usual add ins like a sub and amplifier etc, you can't go wrong with this.What I particularly like about this stereo is it finds Bluetooth devices almost immediately and tenements them well too so you can get out the car with your phone in your pocket, come back a day later and the stereo will find it and start the music where you left off with having to touch the stereo at all.Also worth bearing in mind is the Bluetooth delivers music exactly as if you plugged an MP3 player in. Many stereos have Bluetooth but it's just glorified hands free for your phone which will only deliver sound to the front speakers. I've found this out the expensive way when I bought a 600 quid alpine.Basically I love everything about this stereo, it does what it's designed to do perfectly, which is all anyone can ask.For 100 quid you can't buy better.

I bought this radio mainly because it was a decent price and offered bluetooth calling.As expected i had to purchase an additional wiring harness to make compatible with my car only £9 from halfords.The radio itself looks fab in the dark and can be customized to match your interior colours or any other colour,The bluetooth feature is great and does not drop out while playing music, the calls made are of good quality and the supplied visor clip microphone works brilliantly.You can make calls direct from the radio itself which is really handyI didnt have to alter the audio settings much to find the spund produced really pleasant / loud, bassy whatever you want.Overall im really happy with this unit and would definitely recommend

I dont want to give a bad review, maybe a problem for just me, stereo itself looks great all features work great, the problem i have is a constant crackling noise, personally i dont think its my speakers as my older stereo could blast the music out no problem, this stereo however does the crackling noise and also doesnt go very loud at all, anyone help me out with this one?

Very easy to install and setup. I use a connect2 wire harness to make it compatible with my steering wheel and everything works perfectly. Great sound too! The bluetooth function works really well for making and receiving calls, though I was told that I sounded quiet. I'm taking a star off as there is no option to adjust the microphone gain. Other than that, a great headunit that sounds great and is easy to install and use.

I had to remove the black thing around it because it didn't fit but I had another one which worked perfectly. Other than that...well I still have the stock speakers(15 years old) so I can't tell you how amazing this thing performs. Though after a few tweaks from eq, a bit of bass boost and some other options from there I managed to get a decent sound out of it and I'm fairly happy with it.Overall it's a great piece of gear; It looks good and you can make it sound nice by trying different things. Or maybe in your car, it will sound good without making any changes.(I like music a lot. I used to make instrumentals and mix them too so I had to make a few adjustments until it felt right to me).

Fair quality and features for the price.Very nice colour and overall look.The quality of audio is excellent and in general it works as expected with no issues.

Fits into Seat Ibiza it was bought for, but it is a very tight fit.Had a problem actually figuring out how to turn it on, it's not as obvious as you'd think but works well, very happy with it.

Very happy with the purchase. Do buy the complete wire harness kit for your car, so that you retain full functionality of the steering wheel controls. Was disappointed to know that Pioneer includes the card type remote control as standard in the US market, but not in the UK market. Sounds great even on stock speakers. My installer did not recommend changing speakers even when asked. I have a 2006 Toyota corolla, with no additional tweeters, just simple 4 speaker set up. The USB functionality is a bit fiddly. There is no back function, you always have to go back to the root / volume and scroll in alphabetical order to find a folder. Pioneer always has had the best sound as compared to Kenwood etc. The LED display is not distracting even with night time driving. Blue-tooth very good, people on the other end have not complained even at high speeds.

Das Radio wurde in einem VW Golf VI verbaut,anstelle des vorhanden Doppel Din Radios. Bevor ich weiter schreibe eine Anmerkung. Wie bereits bei Vorrezessenten erwähnt ist das Radio im Menü nur englisch oder Polnisch, bzw. noch eine andere Sprache. Das Problem was ich hatte war, das ich das Menü verstellt hatte und die Sprache nicht mehr verstand,demnach das Radio nicht mehr einstellen konnte.Also es könnte zu Problemen kommen, wenn man einmal die Sprache verstellt hat, ich habs wieder hin bekommen, aber schön ist was anderes.Das Radio wurde über Warehouse Deal erworben, weil es optisch nur ein paar Kratzer hatte, war es gleich 10€ billiger....Zu dem Radio wurde noch hinzu gekauft VW Radioblenden, Can Bus Adapter für VW um das Zündungs aus zu haben,wenn man den Schlüssel zieht- Radio aus, Phantom Adapter fuer die Dach bzw. Fenster Antenne.Der beiliegende Iso Stecker konnte ohne Modifikation beim VW verwendet werden.Achtung wer eine Lenkradfernbedienung oder eingebaute Navigation besitzt braucht einen anderen und teureren Can Bus Adapter ggf. sogar ein zusätzliches Stromkabel.Einbau, nun ja mit Geschick und technischen Grundkenntnissen geht es, bevor man aber alles verbaut, Strom aus, Zündschlüssel nicht stecken lassen. Altes Radio nach Blendenentfernung raus, Stecker entfernt. Das neue Radio hat ein Mikrofon, für die Freisprechfunktion,das habe ich unter dem verstellbaren Lenkrad verbaut, sodass es nicht im Blickwinkel herum hängt, die Türverkleidung habe ich somit in Ruhe gelassen, wäre aber auch eine Option.Da mein Auto bereits einen Adapter hat wurde dieser mit dem Can Bus gekoppelt, Cave Steckerbelegung muss übereinstimmen, sonst läuft entweder das Radio dauerhaft u. geht nur auf Knopfdruck aus(Kein Radio Memory wird genutzt, Einstellungen setzen sich immer wieder zurück) oder die bessere Variante, das Radio geht mit der Zündung aus bzw. dem Entfernen des Schlüssels und die Speicherfunktion bleibt erhalten (kein Zurücksetzen der Einstellungen).Also der Can bus passte, das Rote und Gelbe (Dauerplus und Zündplus) musste nicht vertauscht werden, was aber vom Autotyp abhängig ist.Die Phantomspeisung für die Fensterantenne habe ich ebenfalls an den Isoanschluss, mit der passenden Stromversorgung angeschlossen.Kabel verstaut, Radio eingebaut und mit den beiliegenden Schrauben fixiert,fertig.Das Radio funktioniert in vollem Umfang, Bluetooth Übertragung sämtlicher Geräte funktioniert im Auto Tadellos, ausserhalb habe ich nicht die Reichweite getestet..wozu auch.Kopplung des jeweiligen Gerätes war sehr schnell.Bluetooth ist danach wieder abschaltbar.Die Freisprechfunktion, ist klar und deutlich, Musik wird selbstständig leiser bei Telefonaten.Es ist wie bei anderen Geräten auch alles in der Umgebung mitzuhören.Die App benutze ich nicht,dazu keine Aussage ob sich das Radio damit steuern lässt.Radioempfang und Qualität entspricht, jedem anderen Radiohersteller auch mit passenden Radioantennen bzw. Phantomadaptern, kein Sendermangel, ich finde alle Sender, was bei einem anderen Pioneermodell nicht möglich war.Die Dimmer bzw. Colorfunktion ist nett und sorgt für farbliche Abwechselung, leider hab ich persönlich den kontinuierlichen Farbwechselmodus bisher nicht abstellen.Die CD/MP3 Funktion super, alle Titel werden abgespielt und durch das Radio von der Qualität her angepasst, was bei '' kaputten'' oder alten Songs zum Nachteil wird,diese klingen unter Umständen ganz kaputt :D.USB Anschluss in der Front, USB3.0 Stick wird ebenso erkannt und abgespielt aber, egal welchen Stick ich anschliesse, das Radio erkennt nicht alle Songs und spielt diese auch nicht ab( alle im gleichen Format vorliegend). Ansonsten sind alle mobilen Datenträger für Audio über den USB Port Abspielbar.Die Optik, Plastik, der Drehregler fühlt sich wie Aluminium an,der Rest entspricht jedem anderen Radio auch, hinten ein Metallgehäuse und ebenso der Einbauschacht.Anschlüsse für Isokabel und Mic sind hinten sowie Verstärker Chinchanschlüsse auch.Das Problem was ich hatte nach dem Einbau war, das ich die Menüsprache verstellte, demnach das Radio nicht mehr einstellen konnte.Also vorsicht, es setzt sich nicht einfach zurück,dann kann man alles wieder ausbauen, wenn man dem Radio wieder den Strom klaut, setzt es sich zurück...für den Fall,das es dem Einbauer so geht wie mir...Das Radio wurde über Warehouse Deal erworben, weil es optisch nur ein paar Kratzer hatte, war es gleich 10€ billiger....

Acheter pour remplacer le poste d'origine d'une auris, j'ai pu régler le son à mon goût.Et j'ai pu régler la couleur pour coller avec le reste du tableau de bord.(il faut rester appuyé 3 second sur custom pour avoir le réglage rouge, vert, bleu)Je suis même surpris de voir que son intensité lumineuse s'adapte à celle du tableau de bord quand j'allume les phares.Il y à pas mal de fonction et il va me falloir un peut de temps pour toute les régler.Par contre, la molette et lente. Pour passer de 0 à 100, c'est long.Il est mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

Buscaba una buena radio que me permitiera disfrutar de la comodidad de móvil sin prescindir de una ranura para CD's. La radio tiene una gran calidad de sonido. Tiene entrada AUX, USB (carga el móvil muy bien (el otro día lo cargué mientras tenia el Bluetooth y el Spotify abiertos y se cargó en 20 minutos un 10%)) ranura para CD's y micro (gran sonido y fácil manejo). Lo malo es que aparte tienes que comprar un adaptador, un embellecedor y un cable para la antena lo que aumenta el precio (a mi comprar los productos por indicación del mecánico fueron 40€ de más). De resto es un producto de calidad por el que merece la pena pagar.Un saludo.

Superbe poste avec de multiples fonctions, pose facile et simple d'utilisation. Attention cependant aux véhicules ayant radar de recul sonore... il faudra prévoir un câble de raccord qui coute 89 euros pour que les bips passent par le poste et soient fonctionnelles (ex : mon véhicule 307 sw n'avait plus les bips pour la marche arrière (mais le visuel sur le tableau de bord fonctionnait), une fois le câble installé tout est à nouveau ok => passage du son par les enceintes). Je recommande ce poste sans souci car très satisfaisant
