الدعامة ممتازة للي يعانون من الدسك الخفيف او الي يعانون من آلام اسفل الضهر. ملاحظة ، يفضل لبس تشيرت خفيف ثم لبس الدعامة فوقها لمنع تهيج الجلد لا يفضل انك تلبسها اكثر من 3 ساعات متواصلة استخدمها اثناء المشي ، او اي نشاط بدني يزيد الألم . انا كنت اعاني من أداء العمرة ، ولما استخدمته في العمرة الأخيرة فرق معي كثير بصراحة

My back gets sore when I stand too long but with this brace, I could stand all day. I've tried other back braces but this is the best so far.

I got this to help loosen tension around herniated discs causing sciatica, and hoping to relieve some pain. So far, the massage feels very nice, and I enjoyed the heat for the first 15 minutes, but there aren't any indicator lights so you can tell the direction, the strength, or the heat level of your massage. It says not to use the heat more than 15 minutes, but it feels like the heat is always on, and all you can do is mash the button until it feels the least hot. Indicator lights, or lit buttons that change each time you press the buttons would make this a great device. Also, the controls are in an awkward spot, where if you have your arms through the flaps, you'd find it extremely difficult to get to them, but for the price, it's a really good massage as is.

I have lower back issues from an injury and also have had 5 hernia surgeries, which one was recently. This helps both, my lower back and helps pressure on my incision site of the hernia. It helps relieve pain and discomfort in both areas. Great product.

I love the way the Sparthos Back Brace makes my back feel while wearing it. Sometimes I use it with my heating pad while sitting at my desk at work.
