Guys. This is legit.
Ok, I've only had this one day, but I'm so glad I purchased. I had to review.I'm in my 30s, relatively healthy but have popped out a lot of babies in the recent years. My lower back is in shambles. Normally a few chiropractor visits relieve my pain enough to get on with life, but after this 5th baby that was no longer doing the trick. In fact, I had 2 visits recently that did absolutely nothing for relief.I was not sure what my next step was, so I was looking into expensive orthopedic visits, physical therapy, lab imaging costs. Something had to be done.I decided to give it a go at home, and did a LOT of research. All the YouTube exercises for building up muscle hurt. :( Stretching barely offered any relief. If you are like me you've looked longingly at expensive traction machines and imagined yourself feeling some relief. You've watching those really good in depth chiropractic video adjustments with the loud cracks and longed for the even temporary feeling of tension release. Massage helped for like, a minute.I've looked at inversion tables and trapeze swings to get some good traction, but this little device is cheaper than one doctors visit so I decided to give it a go. There are many of the same thing on Amazon. Im guessing they are almost all from the same mold from the same factory. I went with this one because it was among the least expensive at the time.So I'm writing this review because I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing, and I didn't really see what I experienced described.I set this baby on level one and laid down on my stiff mattress. It didn't "hurt so good", it just felt uncomfortable and had me wondering if I was doing it right. So many people mentioned pretty instant relief and a good stretch, but I just felt discomfort although it was obviously something was happening. I laid on it for about 5 minutes and attempted to get up. I couldn't. I had to roll to the side without even moving the thing out from under me. A kiddo was yelling for help from me but I couldn't get up. I couldn't get off the bed. I slowly, very slowly yanked myself into a sitting position and kept resting and moving more to a standing position. It was rough.I told my husband something is seriously wrong with my back, I think this contraption made it worse. Why would a little traction make it worse? What's wrong with my spine!?!?But after a bit, I thought I noticed my back feeling a touch better? A little less ache where there is normally constant ache? After a couple hours I decided to try again, but at the middle setting. Im almost 6 ft tall and this device doesn't hit the same position on my back as it does for the average person, so I thought this might be a bit better. I hoped.I tried on the floor this time. I had a similar discomfort but this time it was actually a little difficult to breathe. I had been worried the different levels weren't going to be that intense, but they certainly are. I tried to relax and laid there for a little over 5 minutes, and did my pitiful roll off and struggle to my knees and finally standing up.Well, I went to bed in less pain than I have in a year. Its early morning and a kid woke me up, so I'm lying here and I'm so so so so so impressed. I wake up almost every morning in horrible pain, and this is the first time I don't feel completely awful. Its the first time I can adjust in bed and not nonstop focus on my back and how it feels like it needs to crack (but won't).Its early on, obviously, but I don't see how this thing WON'T be helpful. I am looking forward to using it again on a few hours to start my day. Well, I'm looking forward to feeling about 10 mins after getting up from it.Update: day 4 checking in. Each day has been better. Im currently laying in bed with NO lower back pain. Still hurts getting off this thing, but I know it's working so, whatever. Am I actually possibly going to be pain free one day soon? I plan to continue to update where or not y'all care.

You can feel the stretch
I was surprised by the amount of a stretch you can feel in your lower back almost immediately when laying on it. And for what it’s worth, I’m a big guy at 5’10, 230 lbs, and have been using the second setting for a couple of weeks now without any signs of bend in the device, so it appears to be fairly sturdy.

Good value. Not for heavy people.
I bought this for my wife, who is 5'2' and 110 lbs. It works well for her. I am 6'2", 210 lbs and when I tried it, the Xergur back stretcher seemed too short and 'flexed' under my weight. I also found the highest setting to be much too extreme for a comfortable back stretch. For taller, heavier users, I would recommend a longer, stronger unit.

I have very little lumbar curve in my back
This device works so well at stretching your lumbar curve. Slowly over time , while your stretching, your back muscles relax and your spine stretches and little pops occur which is the discs separating. It takes time to become comfortable with the stretch. And you can create a small stretch of a large stretch. My suggestion is a little bit at a time.

It’s ok
It’s hard to get this to work for me but it’s decent. Not too comfortable

Nope !!!!!
It may seem strong but I payed down on level 3 and didnt even get to put full pressure on it and it snapped and the pointy price bout went thru my back!

28 years of back pain gone!
I have back pain for 28 years of which I've found nothing to help. Cortisone injections, medications, wheelchair, walking frames, physiotherapy and chiropractic adjustments. This gives me IMMEDIATE relief from pain and allows me to walk normal again! So so so happy
