Cyclone V10 Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner, 150 AW, 60min runtime, Hair de-tangling (Nickel/Copper)

Early days but initial view is that it's powerful and reasonably lightweight with plenty of attachments. It's been great on both hard floors and carpet, is easy to empty and holds a reasonable amount of dirt. Having had an earlier version of this before, where I wasn't that impressed due to poor battery life and the electric connectors on the pole, I'll reserve full judgement until I've had it over a year. At this price, regardless of any guarantee period, I would expect it to last. That will determine the value for me.

I thought that this Dyson product was worthy of a review. I've had my Dyson Animal Big Ball for around 9 years and it's still going strong apart from the roller brush which is over £66 to replace. I wanted a Dyson cordless stick hoover this time and chose the V10 rather than the V8 as the V10 has a larger dust capacity and a longer battery life. The V10 Absolute has enough tools and the suction is great on the lowest setting for my Wilton carpet. It's a little on the heavy side but I see it has a free work out! It isn't too noisy and is easy to use. It has removed all the dog hairs just like my animal big ball. I just hope it lasts as long as my last Dyson hoover

Wow what can I say this vacuum is the best, so easy & convenient for picking up bits instead of have to drag a big vacuum around, really good battery life so works for more than enough time before needing a charge, brilliant attachments for all the different jobs around the house, top quality product would definitely recommend this vacuum.

I have had Dyson before but always corded plug in, so I was unsure about cordless. The purchase came 2 days early would been nice to have been informed but the Dyson V10 is really powerful I really am pleased with my purchase. But the only fault so far is that it didn't come with instructions you have to download the app or download the instructions which I wasn't happy about. But all in all I am happy with the vacuum cleaner.

Absolutely Brilliant and Great improvement over my earlier model. Extremely high level of construction - much better cleaning power - 3 power levels and easier emptying - I wish it was made in the UK

Outstanding machine. Went from an upright ball Dyson to this. You certainly get what you pay for. On max it's unbelievable how much suction there is. We use it on the middle setting which does all our floors in the house no problem. Easy to use, switch on and vac the floors, not rocket science really. The tools supplied can do most things including the car seats and main floor areas / boot etc. Drop it back in its mount to recharge and forget it. Easy to empty when used. Would recommend to anyone.

PROS: Very ergonomic and lightweight, so I don’t get arm fatigue. How did I not get cordless before! So much easier to just add an attachment to do corners, skirting boards, upholstery etc. This came with many accessories including the 90 degree one for doing under the sofa or bed! Powerful suction from what I can see, picked up every tiny bit of fluff on the bedroom carpet. Not done a full clean yet so can’t comment on battery life, but if it lives up to 60 mins as promised I’ll be pleased with that. Seems to charge quickly. CONS: The obvious one, price, even with the Black Friday discount it was still a splurge, but you get what you pay for I suppose. I wish the wand went flush with the floor when lowering to do under the sofa without lifting the head away from the floor slightly (it very nearly does but not quite, the head doesn’t allow for that annoyingly and stays always at a slight angle). Emptying took me a few tries to figure out, it requires a good push, I thought it was broken at first, but once I figured it out it’s very easy to empty. Tip: buy a stand for it, can get them on here, very cheap and easy to assemble and holds the vacuum and all accessories perfectly. Then there’s no need to drill into a wall.

Love this Dyson. Love the fact it comes with 2 main heads plus the accessories. No brush tangling. Easy to use though slightly heavier than the V6. Picks up really well. Reasonable battery life. Would never say they are value for money but they are really good. Like the wall mounting too.
