Great frame and great customer service
Bought 4 frames as Christmas gifts for family. Everyone loves them. Mine stopped working after a few days and the customer service was wonderful. Sent a new frame and everything works great now

My family is obsessed with this
Its easy to learn how to use, and my family loves it. I got one for my mom for Christmas, and she then had me order one for my grandparents. My grandparents loved it too, and had me order one for my uncle, and then another one for my great aunt and great uncle.I like that friends and family can send pictures to the frame. My grandpa is awful with technology (though this frame is really easy to use), but since we have his friend code, we can upload photos for him and he doesn’t have to worry about it.Edit:Since posting this, my grandfather had me order 3 more for him to give his friends.

I bought one for me and liked it so much I bought one for my parents as well.
I have a bunch of pictures on my iPhone and a new camera (Canon G7 Mark iii) and I wanted an easy way to show them off. I got one of these for my desk and I liked it so much I bought one for my dad and another for my mother in law. The ability to share a code and let friends and family upload pictures will allow us to keep their frames interesting for years to come! I am going to do the initial setup and share the codes with family before sending them along.

Great quality/easy to use
I love these digital picture frames. I have 4 total-1 at work, home, each child’s room. The setup is quick and easy. Has multiple features such as how to upload pictures, adding music, setting up timers. I can transfer pictures from my phone to any frame I want and my kids can do the same. You can even have people who don’t have this frame send pictures to your frame-they just simply need the app and a special access code. Overall I’d recommend this frame to anyone

Terrible customer service
I ordered 3 of these as Christmas gifts. 2 of them were right, however one of them had the wrong cable in it. When trying to get product support my only option was to contact the manufacturer via their website or call. Tried calling, busy signal (big red flag); tried emailing, no response after 2 weeks; tried submitting a message through the form on their webpage, still no response. So honestly, it’s a gamble what you’re going to get and don’t expect any kind of support if anything goes wrong. Ended up having to spend $10 to order the cable from Amazon and it’s now arriving after Christmas. Removing 2 stars for their lack of customer service.Onto the actual product, set up was pretty slow as there’s a delay in touch response and the OS is a very basic android look. But it’s functional and it’s mostly for displaying photos so I’m not too upset about that. One thing I really don’t like, however, is that Frameo does not use the date the photo was taken utilizing metadata, they use the date it was sent. So in backloading photos from the past few years, I had to include my best guess as to timeframe in the caption. You will also need to make sure you send photos day of as well or the date will be wrong. Also, as most will be giving these as gifts, every box had something wrong with it which made it look like it came from one of those Bin5 stores which isn’t ideal for gift giving.Uploading photos via Frameo - can only upload 10 photos at a time - can assign a caption to all photos or individual captions - can not deselect a photo once you click ‘next’ on the selection page, you can go back, but it will deselect all photos and only leave the most recent selection up - after sending photos, the app will frequently lock up and will not display the photo you selected in the larger view panel, you will need to long hold on it (putting you in select multiple mode) which usually fixes it, sometimes you will need to reload the app - the larger view panel is square, so you don’t really know how it’s going to look in portrait or landscape mode - if you send too many photos too quickly, the app may crash - Frameo app has to remain open to finish sending photos, it will not send in background - if a frame is offline, Frameo will not send your photos and hold them in a server until it is online, it will stay pending on your app until online then will send all at once (will likely crash you app) - you can “recall” images which you’ve sent, but you’ll have to recall the whole batch, you can’t select a single photo from within a batchFrame perks - you can chose what to display (other than photos) you can include weather, time, caption data - you can share the code with anyone - for the technology inexperienced, you can designate someone to be able to share codes as well - has a good display quality, pictures look crisp - can turn off notification sounds and specifically turn on/off photo received notifications separately - can also adjust the volume on notifications - you can chose display order preferencesOverall, I’m content with the product though this is my first experience with digital frames so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It’s decent enough knowing all the quirks. However, I will likely shop around a bit (mostly looking for correct date usage) if I buy another in the future. I also think it’d be helpful if there was a categorization option somewhere where I can group various holiday photos and only display those at certain times of year.
