They are the perfect size for mini loaves or mini meatloafs. Heavy and seems to be good quality.

This is a nice heavy pan. Perfect for gift size loaves.

This pan is NOT nonstick!!!!
Attached is a photo of this pan after I baked some brownies in it, soaked it and did a first stab cleaning of it...it was only then that the idea of taking a photo occurred to me. Next to the photo is a photo of the disposable tin pan that I prepared in exactly the same way. (I had extra batter). Please note that the Nordic pan (even after soaking and washing) has hard to remove residue while the tin pan released cleanly.
