Bristol Novelty BW365 Wig Cap | For Women | Beige, unisex-adult, One Size

I purchased this wig cap for cosplay purposes and this did not disappoint. I have long, thick hair so I was extremely keen that I could find a cap that would keep my hair in place for long periods of time, especially since I tend to wear my costumes for around 15 hours at a time. The product arrived promptly and at first I was skeptical that the product would be able to hold my hair; however, I have now worn this on around 10 occasions and not once has it laddered or even moved around on my head (and I have only needed to use hairpins to keep stray hairs in place and not to secure the wig/net). However, this may be because the wigs I wear are somewhat heavy, which may keep the net in place under the wig itself.I recommend if you have a lot of hair that you secure your hair firmly and as "flat" to your head as possible in order to get the best from this product. The edge of the net can be somewhat uncomfortable if worn for long periods of time, however I consider that to be a feature of hair nets/wigs in general and not a fault of this product. Should my net ever break I would certainly purchase this product again.

This is an ankle stocking (like you get given in shoe stores to try on their shoes). It is NOT designed for the head/hair and even had toe reinforcement! Why the hell would a wig cap need that?You'd be better off buying a pair of popsocks from the supermarket, at least then you'll get 2 for your money.

Wore under a wig for Daughter's Disney themed 5th birthday fancy dress party. May have been useful for getting wig in place to begin with? Did not stay in place at all - was screwed up in a heap at back of head when went remove wig and felt wig made head very warm. Not recommended.

Having very short hair underneath, I found that (before applying the wig cap) my wig was very uncomfortable outdoors, especially in the hot weather. ok, I had an old one on, but this did Not cover my forehead and had developed ladders. Luckily, the new wig caps had arrived in my post box that morning, and after changing into one when I got the chance, I found that my unbearable time outdoors had instantly transformed into a very comfortable experience.

Good fit. Helped keep rubber horns in place.
