The combination of zinc and selenium has been known to improve immune function, protein synthesis. and much more. Excellent addition to my supplement list during the "flu season" as well as throughout the year. Superior quality from Mercola as always.

Zinc with selenium. Not a horse pill. Easy to swallow. They do stink but some vitamins do stink. I feel like I have fish breath if I don’t swallow them right away. Have water ready!
