These vitamins seem like they are good quality, and I appreciate that they are free of sugar and fillers. They aren't too large, meaning they are easy to take. The box and bottle arrived damaged, so I would purchase with other items to ensure that the vitamins are shipped in a box and not a padded envelope.

I actually really enjoy this supplement! I’ve been taking it for a month or the 25 day supply but have noticed it is already helping. Especially in the bathroom finally am able to go more daily.

This product does not even include enough for an entire month for what you pay. Last time I checked there were at least 30 days in a month and the supply in a box is box even that so that is very disappointing. Overall, it would be hard to get your body on a schedule with the number of pills you are given so I am not even sure how it would even regulate you.

My digestive tract has been long at war with me, so I was eager to try these capsules. Even though they were on the large size, they were pretty easy to swallow--though I much prefer taking pills in gummy form. No yucky aftertaste either.I appreciate the fact that there are no fillers, as well as the addition of ginger and peppermint, but $1 for a pill a day is just crazy high. 25 day supply seems like the latest example of sneaky shrinkflation that takes advantage of the consumer. We're not even going to give you a full month's supply of pills, you get just 25 days worth!Plus, it's still too early to say if my tummy's bloating/gas has calmed down overall, since I still have good days as well as bad days

I was given the opportunity to test/review these supplements. These are good. I can feel and see a difference in my gut health. I like that there's nothing added like sugar. And I only need to take one with food. So I've been taking mine in the morning with breakfast. No after taste or side effectsI would recommend them
