Screws on lid were rusted initially - wonderful customer service fixed problem
Product is lovely visually, and does a solid job as a slow cookerShipped with small amount of rust on the screws on the inside of the lid (see photos), after leaving a review customer service did a wonderful job in shipping a replacement almost immediatelyNo defect on replacement component, so assume it was a individual problem with storage

Beautiful and practical
This slowcooker is gorgeous and worked perfectly. Great size for small family or to cook meat to perfection for a larger gathering. It's beautiful to look at and I love it!

Looks very pretty but………no booklet enclosed on how to use it. Makes a lovely ornament.

I have not actually used this yet. A lovely change from the usual bland looking slow cookers.

You’re paying for the name not the quality - Avoid
I would avoid these slow cookers if you can and go for a brand that will get the job done. I never write reviews but this cooker came dented, scuff marks around the silver lip and dirt marks on the join. You are paying for the name and nothing more, save your money.
