This was such a beautiful piece to memorialize the loss of a dear friend’s beloved pet. Great craftsmanship, personalization, and turnaround time. My friend was truly touched.

When I received the suncatcher it looked as though my dog's name was in reverse. It wasn't immediately apparent that there was a brownish paper backing on the front side. There was no "lip" to pull the backing off so it looked like a permanent part of the suncatcher. After scratching that side of the suncatcher with a letter opener, I realized it was paper backing and removed it from front of suncatcher. Now my dog's name was in the right direction and it looked beautiful. I highly recommend this product because of its quality, but also because of the great customer service I received when I inquired about the reverse type.
