Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because I feel like my hair has been thinning lately. I feel like ever since I blotched the bleaching job I did on myself, my hair hasn’t been growing. Usually my whole life my hair has at least grown past my shoulders or longer within a year. I’ve seen many good reviews about this product, and even though it’s a bit pricey I was willing to try it. I’m hoping I can fix my hair somehow. It’s 1 tablespoon to take everyday. The first time I tried it I actually didn’t like it and it made me nauseous. It is a pretty thick consistency. But as time went on I got used to the flavor and now it’s not as bad as I thought it was. It’s an almond cookie flavor. I just finished my first bottle and I haven’t noticed any differences yet. I’m going on my second one soon and if I see any changes I’ll be sure to update my review.

This tasted so good I thought there's no way this is going to work! I WAS WRONG. After 2 months my hair loss (a result from rapid weight loss) had noticeably stopped and new growth started!! I believe if I had started this vitamin sooner I may not have even experienced as big of a loss. I really wish I could afford to continue to take this vitamin but I have 2 expensive college students. Highly recommend product!

I purchased this product because I was on some medication‘s that were causing hair shedding. I had read different reviews that this product worked really well. I have actually purchased this one several times. The taste is a little weird in the beginning, but you certainly get used to it. And I do feel like it did help with hair regrowth. So I would continue to purchase this product. I feel like this particular brand has really good ingredients and they are very effective.

Compared to most liquid vitamins this one is very rick and tasty I suggest cutting with a dash of water. Not only did I notice hair growth but the reduction in the fine lines on my face and neck. The moisture absorption of my skin increase causing me to look younger. No exaggeration people have been continually thinking my adult children and I are siblings and since using this it has happens more often that not. The hair growth was moderate but the skin changes have been radical. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Please do your research! I wish I had read the negative reviews as well.As soon as I received this vitamin, I was excited to try it. I've had Mary Ruth's brand in the past and I never had issues. I felt very confident that this would be okay. I've had their biotin gummies, their liquid multivitamin, and their hair growth multivitamin. None of those have caused any issues for me except for this one.I had the recommended dosage of 15mL around 8 or 9pm. By 12am, I felt discomfort in my stomach and did go to the bathroom. When I woke up at 5am for work, I ended up vomiting and feeling extremely awful. My body was shaking a bit and I was feeling a lot of pain in my stomach. Around 10am, I couldn't take it anymore and vomited. I had Pepto Bismol and it did not work. I couldn't throw up or go to the bathroom so I thought taking milk of magnesium might help so I took that. Of course, it worked however the discomfort and pain remained. The next day I felt the same. I thought, well, I have to try and eat something so I had a couple pieces of watermelon, about 4 or 5 diced pieces and right after that, I felt so much pain. From 1 to 10, it was 100. I had to leave work early and took myself to urgent care. Urgent care advised me to run to the ER as they couldn't help me. The ER ended up giving me an IV of pain killers and nausea. They also prescribed me with stomach cramps meds, nausea meds, and Tylenol #3 for pain. They recommended I follow up with my primary care. It's been a day since I went to the ER, I stopped the medication I was given to see if the symptoms have subsided; to be honest, not really. As I'm typing this, I feel discomfort and cramping however, the pain is not as excruciating as it was yesterday when I took myself to the ER. This is the kind of pain that caused me to be hunched over, couldn't walk straight, and had me crying to the nurses. I was crying because of the amount of pain I was in. The doctor pressed on my stomach to check which area hurt the most and god... That was so much worse. I don't wish this upon anyone. Please, please be careful. All I had was 1 of the recommended dosage for the very first time. I don't know what happened. I don't know if I'm allergic to any of the ingredients. I don't know. But I'm never trying this ever again in my life. I lost my money and hours at work that I can't get back. I pray that I'm better tomorrow because I'm terrified of this developing into something worse. I hope this review helps someone.I also have proof of having an IV and receipt proof of my prescribed medication if this were to escalate.Please. Do your research. Be careful.

This flavor is quite strong and overwhelmingly sweet. Even though it has almond butter as an ingredient, somehow it manages to have a very artificial flavor. I normally love almonds & almond flavoring (like in marzipan & almond croissants) but this tastes nothing like real almonds. I wish they had more neutral flavor options.

Easy to take a quick spoon full every morning & my hair is healthier, shiny & long. It really works & ive recieved so many compliments!
