Harness
I read everything on the sight and came up with what size I would needed. Now I love the Harness But it's to big. I reached out to the sellerto see about returning it or exchange it.They said it was not Eligible. Look up on amazon policy and it fits in the criteria. The harness is great just make sure your right or your stuck with it. This seller will not work with youThis is the first time ever I have written a bad review..

I like the harness
I like the harness, as it is very soft and light. However, as mentioned by several users, it does run small. I have a Pug who is around 25-30 pounds, so I purchased the LARGE for her, and her head barely fits through the neck hole. There is still a little breathing room, so I will keep it, I just wanted to reiterate what others were cautioning about. I think it would be useful if people put their dog types/sizes in the reviews so people could cross-reference with their dogs.

Sizing is off
I got 2 of these.1 small for my 11 lb beagle/dachshund mix with 9" neck and 12" chest and a medium for my 15 lb chiweenie with an 11" neck and 15" chest. The small...is almost too small for the beagle and way too small for the chiweenie...and the medium is a little too big for the chiweenie with a neck hole measuring a whopping 15" at its smallest and is way too big for the beagle. My question is...how are both of my dogs between the medium and small size both ways??? These dogs don't have the same measurements...I feel one of these damn harnesses should fit perfectly in some type of combination here.Other than that the quality is nice...but seriously...who measures these and where do I buy a dog that fits into one perfectly?

I measured my dog and ordered the appropriate size, ...
I measured my dog and ordered the appropriate size, but it's way too small. I tried to get a return label, but the return postage would have left me only 65 cents, which isn't worth the drive to the post office. Nothing was actually wrong with the harness itself. The size chart and the return policy of the Puppia company were the problem.

Size small fits perfectly, is soft and doesn't chafe!
The small size fits my 9 pound toy poodle pup perfectly! Ignore how tight it looks in the picture -- he is due for a trim and his poofy fur makes the harness look too tight, when in reality I can comfortably wiggle two fingers between the strap and his body. He wore an extra small during the first couple of months when he was 4-7 pounds, and we switched him over to the small size when he outgrew that. I have no complaints about the quality of the harness. It is made of a high quality, soft, comfortable, breathable, yet sturdy material. Because this kind of harness has a fixed circumference for the neck area, which requires you to loop your pup's head through the harness (and then secure/fasten the strap around his chest), I was initially worried that the neck area would be far too tight/loose, but it fits him a little loosely, which is perfect. Definitely will repurchase in the future when the harness frays/falls apart with natural wear and tear, as all material does.

Medium waaaay too small for 28lb Labradoodle
The color is great and the construction seems good BUT the medium that I ordered for my Labradoodle (he’s a small doodle at 28 lbs; 23” chest and 14” base of neck) is too small for him. It was a little difficult to get over his head and then was very obviously too small once on and buckled with little rolls of skin pushing up and out from the neck and armholes. The harness also was sitting waaaaaay too close to his underarms to be comfortable. There is no size label in the harness so I’m not sure if I got a small on accident or if the medium I ordered was just the wrong size to begin with.I’ve ordered a replacement so I’ll soon find out.UPDATE:I ended up at a pet shop that carries Puppia harnesses and decided to try them on my pup. IM SO GLAD I DID. Turns out that my guy wears an XL in this brand’s harnesses and the sizing chart here is all kinds of wrong.I also now find myself questioning the authenticity of the product being sold here because the one I received did not have a sewn in label whereas the store bought one did. I also noticed that the hardware was different between the two...the one at the store had the Puppia logo printed onto the buckles whereas the one bought here didn’t. Additionally, the webbing (the straps to tighten the harness) were if a different material and lastly the one bought at the store came with some sort of QWRTY hangtag of authenticity whereas the one bought here didn’t.In any event...the size chart here is waaaaay off by at least 2 sizes.

Nice padding, well made, pup loves her harness only needs neck adjustment for perfection
I bought matching harnesses for our two dogs. They love to go for walks but are not as socialized as I would like so they will pull when on the leash if not in a harness. So, our youngest fur-face is a dachshund mix (chiweenie) and has the full on barrel chest of doxies. It is hard to find a harness that is not too big in the neck to fit the chest girth. This one is as good as it gets. I do with the neck area was velcro'ed to be adjustable but for the money this works. I am attaching a picture so you can see her cuteness in her harness. This is her in a medium harness and she has a little bit of room in the neck area but the chest part fits wonderfully. She is not a big dog so if I had to say how these sizes run it is a bit on the small side. Our other dog weighs twice the weight of this one and she fits well in the XL. She only weighs 23 pounds so the larger dogs may have a harder time finding one that fits. But the comfort is there. It has a nice padding that isn't scratchy or cheap polyester that will make them sweat more. Pretty happy, just wished the neck was adjustable and it would be 5 stars for sure! But for the price, cannot beat this!

15 lbs Boston terrier size M
My dog is small for her breed and was nervous that the size M harness was gonna be too big, however it fits perfectly. Afraid she may stretch out the neck from pulling while going on walks so we will see! Very comfortable feel. Would recommend.

Great harness
I generally only put my cat in a harness when he can't roam free outdoors due to injury (he's clumsy). I'd previously tried a Velcro fastened harness which was fine - easy to put on, but it then rested around his neck which was no good. This harness sits across the chest so I feel much better about it. The only draw back is that it does need to go over your cat's head so some cats might not go for letting you put that on!I got a size S for my large mog; he's just under 5.5kg and it fits perfectly.

Very comfortable for my dog, highly recomended
I bought this harness when my working cocker spaniel was around 3-4 months old and shes now 7 months old and it still fits perfectly. I got the Medium size. It's really good quality, it's quite soft and I like the fact the plastic clips don't go right under her arms like other harnesses. I kept looking and trying new harnesses as I wanted something that would help me a little with the leach walking training but I keep going back to this one as it's the only one that fits her perfectly and I'm not worried about her getting sore anywhere. My friend has 3 shitzus and all of them have this harness too. It's one of the best and most comfortbale ones out there. I highly recommend it.

my cat hates it less
I had another harness which is quite secure, almost escape-proof, however my cat deeply hated it. She would actually change the way she walked as if something heavy weighed on her back. I got the the Puppia harness after I saw it in an article with instructions how to teach your cat to walk on a leash. We went out today for the first time with it. My cat walked a lot more and seemed to enjoy being outside for a change! Can't wait to go for a walk again :) Quite satisfied with the product so far.

The best
I purchased/ordered/tried several different types of harness for my shih tzu puppy. All went back because they werent quite right, for one reason or another. I should have just gone with my gut instinct and purchased this particular design as it has been spot on for my pups. It seems comfortable, looks stylish, is easy to put on and off, and seems very safe. I wasted lots of time returning other styles, and I now realise I should have gone with my original thoughts. I would highly recommend this harness, particularly for small breed fluffy coated pups.

Satisfactory
Have bought a couple of these in different colours for my cocker spaniel in size L. A little loose at the neck but the size below that is too tight. Quite soon after first use, the stitching of the binding unravels , which is a nuisance, so have had to restitch with sewing machine. Also washing at the temperature advised on the label isn't suitable as the product remains soiled so resorted to a higher temperature that gives an improved result. Also the buckle is pretty stiff but constant use renders it easer to undo. That said, the product is generally satisfactory. Goes over the neck and ears, so pooch can be a bit resistant but sing-along and offer a treat and hey presto!
