Should have bought sooner. Lets start with the not so good/bad... Battery life seems to be an issue. When plugged in overnight the battery is good for 20-30min only level 4 with heat and vibration. 15 min each hand is the default and seems to be the perfect time. I really think battery life should be better than 30 minutes. Carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands has got so painful I barely sleep. That's with prescription pain killer and pain cream. Day 1 I did 2 sets on each of my hands. Yes, I had to charge it in between but I spaced them out about 6 hours. That night I slept the entire night. I woke up and had minor tingling in 2 of my fingers still. Some mornings I can't even make a fist so this was 10000% BETTER. Day 2 I continued with 2 sets on each hand, 1 around noon and one around 8pm. I was a little sore from the machine but nothing compared to normal pain. By day 3 I have little to no issues. I will continue with 1 treatment daily. The below picture is 15 minutes with the machine. It alternates with pressure between hand and wrist. Almost like a dough roller with small plastic pins. If you have tried everything and doctors keep saying wear your splints, use the cream more often etc.. Buy this you have nothing to lose! update: Broke 1 week after purchasing Update January 1 2026 the upper porting of the massage bag will not inflate. Great customer service. as soon as I dropped the defective product off the went ahead and shipped me a replacement. This delay did give me time to see what happens with a few days of not using. I was very pleased with the results after 3 days of not using. I did have some numbness but zero aches and pains.

Wow, very impressed with this hand massager. I do wish the heating element went hotter, unfortunately you could barely feel it. The massage intensity levels are all too hard. I wish thes product had a adjustable, variable massage intensity. I'm returning this because it massaged too hard and I felt the heating element was not hot enough.

My opinion. Do not buy! It is a compression unit, not a massager. It is poorly calibrated and the pressure is too high. Yes there are settings but they do not work. Also the heat function does not work. Save your money on this one. I usually attempt to provide positive reviews, however there is no way with this product!! Also the directions provided for use do not match the produce and customer service is useless

Ive had a few different brands. This one is best. I would choose this LX7 over the LX3. And i just want to debunk some of the negative reviews 1: I like the black finish. It does not pick up fingerprints badly, as another has stated. And it looks nicer and more professional than white. I feel it will stay looking cleaner longer. I prefer to have clean hands when i use this. Problem solved. 2: This one vs the LX3. This one has a timer which is very nice so you know how much longer it will run. As for the programs being only 4 vs 6 on the other. All i need is the one that does the whole hand. Why have 6 programs when all i need is one. Its not like they can make this thing do a whole lot of extra stuff with what they are working with. Its nice and feels great . 3: The heat is good . It gets plenty warm for me . I wouldn't want it any warmer. No need for sweaty hands. So i dont understand the complaint about that. 4: Someone stated that the intensity levels are not as strong on this LX7 as the LX3. ..Really??? I haven't tried the LX3 but im a pretty tough guy and i have been using the LX7 on only the number 4 setting with no desire to get any tighter. In conclusion, I always read the bad reviews on things. But ya gotta use your own judgment to determine if folks are just nit picking. Some folks just enjoy complaining about things and they will find something to say. This unit is great!! Im glad I went with the LX7. And it is also great on my foot! I throw on clean socks and it does a good job on the half of my foot that fits. A bonus feature that is not mentioned. Im very satisfied. As long as it holds up. And im planning to use this thing A LOT, so if it fails i will be back to let ya know. Enjoy!

*FINAL UPDATE* It's finally given up the ghost. 6 minutes of a 15 min cycle with no vibration, no heat, level 6 intensity, it shuts off. Teasing other reviews, I may downgrade to the LX3... but With some of the issues before (the cracking got worse), and the no pass through charging while In use has forced me to drop 2 stars... Past update: It still is going strong, but using it as hard as I can get it to squash my hand (I do love the pressure for my fingers and wrists), there are definite cracks formed from doing this as often as I do. I would have the company update the unit with the same surrounding reinforcement they have on the wrist side, and add that to the finger tip portion of the unit. Hard to describe, but it cracked around the edges of the casing at the fingertip end of the unit. The screws are still locked in, but with the amount of pressure I force this thing to go through In giving me comfort, it hasn't lost it's strength in massaging/squeezing my hands for my bi-weekly ritual due to my job and my rock star lifestyle (Ha, jus kidding!). It's only cracked, and when fully inflated, I can visibly see the the crack and the pieces splitting apart. I'm talking 1/4 inch split in a crack on one side, and less on the other side (due to the screws still tight). When deflated, it disappears. The crack isn't visible when not in use until I feel for it or point it out. The unit is STILL GOING STRONG, and haven't had the need to replace it just yet till it is fully from itself. Original review: Ordered this on a very recent Lightening sale....was gonna go half with a buddy, but the sale was too good to pass up, snatched at that very moment. Had to charge it when received. It doesn't take long to charge up to use for a quick session, So I also tested it out at full charge. Build Quality - Not too shabby. I ordered the matte black one.... MAJOR FINGERPRINT MAGNET... otherwise, I should've gone with the white one (unless it's a matte white, in which case may work out better for the oily fingerprints that appeared on my unit from the very first time of unboxing it. (Not a good sign...but not a deal breaker). The touchscreen (not like an android/iPhone) is the same. Mirror type finish on plastic. Also fingerprint prone. Just a bit annoying when there is visibly nothing to see until you start messing with it. I was able to unknowingly hit the screen while in it's travel bag and hear the audible beep. Also another fingerprint magnet...not necessary for something like this, but more of an inconvenience than a full on deal breaker. Charging the unit - Like I mentioned, doesn't take too long to charge to use the unit to use (up to the 2nd bar flashing after I received it), but be aware that it doesn't have a long battery life (More on that later on). I used the unit twice in 15 minute timer mode with heat and massage on pulse....was down to 1 bar of power at the end of that initial session (1 session for left and right hand)....I would say takes about 2 hours to fully charge from the 1 flashing bar....but I also have a quick charger if that made a difference (Anker 5 port USB charger with IQ charge), but it still took it's time to charge). Depending on the settings, you can extend those sessions out...but it will be at a cost of the battery draining faster to run the pump, heat, and massage. But the benefits are what put this above my critiques. Massage quality - This is what I bought the thing for, the quality of the massage. Will it replace a hand massage from a legit therapist? No. It's not like that, nor are there massage modes for just the fingers (which I get from time to time from legit therapists), like spreading fingers, or that specific lump of muscle in-between the thumb and 1st digit (you know when you self massage that spot yourself). This massage is more compression than percussive (a la massage guns). The programs on this is outstanding. I just kinda stayed on full hand, and tried the other separate settings later on. I also stayed at the intensity at 6 (just to test it's limits). I play guitar, work at a computer desk with heavy copy/paste on a keyboard and on remapped buttons on a mouse 8-10 hours a day. The compression works best for me at the end of a day, or after playing guitar for an extended time. I fell asleep during a second 30-minute timer with full hand (wrist and palm/fingers) with heat and continuous massage on. Woke up about 10 minutes after it auto shut off (Glad the timer works!) Also, be aware of the marks it leaves on the skin (fingers and wrists especially)...check the other reviews/pics on this, but really it's not major unless you are dehydrated, and there's other underlying issues than a bad massager leaving marks on your fingers, palms, and wrists. Here are my small gripes that happened while using it.... Battery life - After the initial 15 minute session I mentioned above, I recharged the unit to full and did two 30 minute sessions for each hand and one 15 minute session (all with heat and pulse massage on), went down to 1 bar on the unit...not too much of an problem, but having multiple users could be an inconvenience (This is where you then also buy the LX3...overkill, but appreciated if the unit is shared in a houshold :D) Ran it through it's paces...It did a lot better than I expected, and the compression was still outstanding for me (at level 6). Lasted longer without the massager and heat, but that was to be expected for me. I just kept the pressure at level 6 the entire time in all the testing to see if it could cause issues like power drain during compression/inflation. I'm sure it would also last longer on a lower pressure setting, but I never bothered to change it. It just felt so good at level 6 during all my testing, I left it there. Happily there were no issues, and exceeded expectations because of that. Finish - as mentioned, the matte black finish and the screen are definite fingerprint magnets. On a white, it may not be as visible, but I am unsure if it is the same texture as the black one. The touch screen is sensitive while in it's carry bag. I heard it beep when I was carrying it from my car to the office (I brought it to work with me...YAY for cordless!) I don't have the LX3 version, but I am sure that they could get a revised version of the LX7 set-up with the LX3 style buttons arranged for the LX7, and it would probably be golden for me. Otherwise, This unit is going to stay at home. Again, this is more inconvenience than anything So after 2-3 hours of testing, I can only fault it's battery life, touch screen, and finish. But I am SUPER happy with this thing! (Also the small hand warmer is a nice touch. It get's real hot, but simple solution for that: use gloves when using it. now wish I had 2nd hand warmer...LX3 purchase maybe? LOL). I'm already recommending it to my musician friends and anyone in the office who is willing to give it a try.
