MENOPAUSE brain fog and weight.... Alzheimer's dementia

I have used many cheaper brands of phosphatidylserine and this is by far the best. My husband can't take other brands as feels very hyped and irritable. With the soft gel capsules and this brand he is alert and feels brilliant. ( He has Alzheimers in the Family) . I am a worrier so I take them to reduce my cortisol levels and help with the menopausal fog that I seem to have all the time!! My weight has been stubborn to lose due to not sleeping and high cortisol. Been on these for a few days and definitely less bloated and sleeping better.

Excellent for providing that extra ability to focus and concentrate when studying or doing any kind of work requiring cognitive exertion. Will certainly buy again on a regular basis.

I ordered these believing from the photographs, that these are free from soy, they are not. Very misleading.
