Charlotte Watson Creamer

I was disappointed with this jug for several reasons.Henry Watson's own website describes it as "dainty", but I found it rather large and chunky (it holds 500ml or 3/4 pint), so it's rather on the large size for a milk jug.The quality leaves a lot to be desired. It is not "thick terracotta" at all, it's quite thin. The jug is glazed inside and out but there are little gritty lumps on the inside of mine and parts where the glaze has missed.Worst of all, the design of the handle makes the jug a potential health-hazard. It's hollow and has been moulded as part of the jug so there are two holes on the inside which let milk into the handle when the jug is filled. The holes are so tiny that it would be impossible to clean. In time, I imagine it could get quite nasty up there, even with careful washing.Definitely not recommended.
