This is a game changer for heating pads. The heat gets up around your neck and shoulders and the controls are very easy to use. I can set it for 2 hrs and just sit back and let it relieve the tension in my muscles. I just recently have dealt with a pinched nerve, and this was able to give me the relief that nothing else was able too. The wires are close together inside so there are no cold spots, and the material is soft and nice to have against your skin. Read the instructions it does say not to disconnect or connect the cord from the pad until you have unplugged it from the power source.

Excellent product!! I love it! Works amazingly and perfect for my neck and upper back area where I injured it in a fall. I like how it fully wraps around my neck for full coverage! The remote control is easy to use and read, and convenient in having the option of choosing a heat level of 1-6 and an option of 2.0/1.5/1.0/.5 hours for time needed. You adjust it to what you want and need. And it shuts off automatically. I use it throughout the day as it feels so good! It’s washable as well if needed. Great product!

Perfect for these cold nights when my muscles are achy and tired. The fabric is so soft and nice and the heated pad covers my neck and shoulders so comfortably. I haven’t had to wash it yet, but the fabric is thick and plush and no smells. I enjoy using this often.

I would have given this 5 stars, but it doesn't fit around my neck very well. There is a snap in the front to hold it together, while wearing, but it is not snug enough around my neck. Due to that, the heat doesn't get to my neck the way it should. It works well and the heating part of it it excellent. The choice of different heat temps is also terrific! If it would fit around my neck tighter so that the pad was against my neck as well, it would have gotten 5 stars.

I enjoy this shoulder and neck heating pad. I like the heat level settings and the timer settings. I like that there's a snap at the front to keep it in place. The cord is nice and long so I've been able to use it at my desk or on the couch. This has brought me relief to tired shoulders and neck from stress and tension.
