Added these to the side of our carriage house near the railing. These auto light up at night so it is now much easier to see the stairs. There is also a setting to keep them on very low light all night which we occasionally have on. Easy installation since it is solar.

Got these back in April 2024 to light up the sides of my travel trailer at night. Put screws into the side of the trailer to mount them (and yes, I put silicone sealant around the screws) and the lights fit snuggly when sitting still and come off easily for transport. At first they worked perfectly - I used it in sensor mode so that it was constantly on dim but got brighter with movement. One of the lights is working flawlessly to this day. The other picks and chooses when and how it is going to work. Sometimes it comes on and works just fine for a couple of hours in sensor mode. Other times it doesn't come on at all. When it doesn't come on, and I notice that it isn't on, I'll pull it down and hit the mode button. The light will come on at full intensity for several seconds and then "blink" and shut down. If I hit the mode button again, it will either completely ignore me or do the same thing again. Other times after blinking out, it will come on in low power mode and stay that way for a while before again turning off.My thoughts are that there is something wrong with the mode switch. The fact that sometimes it works fine and other times it does really weird things doesn't point to a battery issue.Either way, I like this unit enough to buy a second set. If they both work - great! I'll hang the extra one on the back of the trailer. If only one works - not as great, but at least I'll have light on both sides...

These are simple to install, work great & look great! Will buy more in the future!!

This is one of my best recent purchases from amazon. My front door porch light has been broken for years. I didn't fix it because I was reluctant about finding the right electrician, opening up walls to deal with wiring, and especially a huge bill!I typically get home after it's already dark so I realized I need to do something . This was the solution.The sun charges the solar panel on the top of the lamp all day long and requires no batteries or electrical work. When I approach my front door the light is already on dim mode but then becomes bright because of the motion sensors. I feel good knowing that when anyone gets close to my door the light becomes bright and it is very easy for me to see the lock and get into my unit quickly and safely.

UPDATE: I’m sad to say the one that was actually working properly stopped working properly. I will be returning them. ***I was very excited to mount these lights as the reviews were promising. The first light I pulled out of the box worked perfectly. I used vinyl siding hooks to mount it to my house to help illuminate my side door. The second one is where I ran into problems. There are two modes on these lights: the first is supposed to only turn on brightly for motion detected and after 20 seconds turn off. The first light worked perfectly in this mode, the second never turned off after 20 seconds, it just stayed illuminated in low mode. The instruction pamphlet included with the light says “if you have any issues or questions about our lights, please feel free to contact us” but gives no contact info at all. I searched the pamphlet front to back and the box. I really don’t want to have to take down the one that is working to send them back as a pair. I’d much rather just have the one replaced but I can’t contact anyone. If both lights were working, or even if there was contact info provided, I’d give this a much better rating.

I like the lights but there’s one problem only one of them works correctly I was hoping that both lights would of worked

The media could not be loaded. I will say these lights are amazing, create the perfect ambiance and are very easy to install. Works very well but I do wish that the sensor would sense things from a little farther. I bought about 6-7 of them and I’d say it’s decent value for the price. I would purchase them again though for sure but if they ever extend the sensor to be a little better to sense things from a little farther they’d be 5/5 for sure!
