Great product/ good quality/

Good clear film but goes offline for no reason.
Really liked this camera when got it first, great clear picture, alerts sent easy to fit. However after two months it went offline for several hours as there had been thunderstorm I thought that may be the cause. I did the suggested things to get it back online but this has happened again a number of times including being offline for a number of days, I contacted the seller and was asked initially to send status report but as problem continued was told to return it and I would get refund. Very disappointing as when it worked it was really good, great clear footage which was easy to check online. Considering reordering as when it worked it was excellent.

Garbage, don't waste your time
!st one didn't charge and was replaced. 2nd one didn't notify when motion detected, making it absolutely useless. Company lost interest in solving the problem, supposed to be 24-hour reply but they sometimes don't reply for days. Here is the 'solution' to our latest issue:-"Really sorry for my delay.I have feedback this issue to our D&R,if there is any progress I will feedback to you at the first time."That was on April 2nd and today is 24th, didn't hear a squeak and had to go on holiday with our property unprotected. Back to Amazon for a refund!

Useless
Useless piece of kit. The setup was nothing like what was mentioned in the installation manual and the backup service(from China) was of no use at all. The software supplied (via download from China) was un-intellegable and unreadable. Shame, good features in one package at a reasonable price.
