I bought this product after doing some research on good replenishing drinks. I did a 40 mile ride on my bike and after mile 30 I was only drinking water and I started to feel really low on energy. I decided to find a good mix and didnt want one that was overly sweet. I saw many reviews on this one and decided to get the variety pack. These taste great so far and they dont leave that sweet after taste. I also noticed by sipping on them while riding that I wasnt feeling like I did on my first 40 mile ride. Great product, if youre not sure what flavor to get, try the variety pack and you can also mix and match the flavors, which actually are pretty good!

Impressed with all the flavors. Very aromatic, clean tasting, and especially liked the lemon & lime and matcha & lemon flavors. Some particulates (looked like the citrus components) did not fully dissolve when mixed in cold water, didn't try in a shaker. Flavors are buffered from the citrates/citric but that's what makes them a hydration mix! Definitely recommend trying the variety sticks, then buying larger bags of the flavor(s) you like best as it will save you some money.

I used the matcha flavor during a 6-hour ultra trail marathon and it was amazing. The matcha has a slow release caffeine that did not cause any bonking. The taste was refreshing and it was easy on my stomach. Highly recommend!

1 packet in 25oz water bottle. Perfect ratio for me. Gets it done in my garage gym for indoor cycling training.

Love that this has real ingredients. No fake sugar. Real sugar, minerals and flavors. The taste is light and not super sweet. Love the variety pack while we are figuring out if we have a favorite flavor.
