Gourmet Basics by Mikasa Provence Garden 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

These are wonderful china dishes. The pattern goes from the inside and around to the underside, and are bright and so pretty inside my glass front cabinets. Serving any meal on these floral delights seems to make it more yummy. Especially love to have colorful salads, which look like photos in a magazine on these pretty dishes. I love the shape of the mugs, never been a fan of cups and saucers. I will definitely purchase a second set. A very good buy!

They are also affordable enough to keep an extra set in reserve as spares.They are dishes, I'm not sure what you can legitimately expect out of them beyond your basic dish-ness.

FIts perfect with my new home. A great every day service for four, I bought two so I could have service for eight. Sturdy, dishwasher safe, heavy enough but not too heavy. A real girly girl beauty set. Thanks!

Very dissatisfied with this product. I purchased 2-sets on July 15, 2017 and within 6-months returned them as the plates started to show dark streaks on the surface. Amazon replaced the full set. Now, after 18-months, the heavily used plates and bowls are faded. Seven people live in the house and the dinnerware gets lots of use. Plates and bowls are probably in the dishwasher once a day or every-other day. I would NOT recommend.

I LOVE the design but the warping of the dinner plate was almost too much for me to stand. If you have any kind of 'perfectionist' tendancies, these are likely going to drive you nuts. Another consumer posted a picture. Take a look at it, long and hard, to be sure you can handle seeing that in your cabinet everyday, especially if you have glass doors on your cabinets!Admittedly, I ended up keeping them and deciding I liked them enough to overlook the warping. But I also ordered and returned them from a couple different sources before finally giving in. They are ALL this way; be prepared if you order them anyway.
