How do I know which size is right for me?

Choose the size that fits your FITTED T-shirt size. Women: If you wear larger shirts due to breast size or mid-section (men too), it is recommended that you choose the PostureMedic that is 1 size smaller than your Tshirt.

If it is not a brace, how does it help my posture and can I wear it all day?

Why is wearing a brace bad for me?
