As I was searching for a vacuum sealing machine i found this after seeing a video and I placed the order.The product was delivered on said day. After unboxing it. The top look is very nice and it's very easy to use.Have used it for one day only for sealing. But works well. But for how long it will do its work let's wait and see.Overall, it is a good kitchen product for preserving food items in an emergency when you suddenly need to go out of station for 3 to 4 days.

The product is very much user friendly and offers a professional heat seal. The only cons I see here is that it gets heated up after 3 consecutive seals making sure you wait for next 5 minutes before you am do the next pack

Good packaging. Good video instructions, but more detailed instructions on the printed manual would be good. Also instructions on using the Mason Jar sealing system should be more detailed. Customer support is good. They are available over whatsapp and reply quickly regarding usage, although the machine is very simple to use. The consumable -vacuum pouch and roll are of decent quality. Overall quite satisfied with the product and service.
