Bought thus for my grandson, the gun is faulty and will not work, very disappointed

This toy is a lot of fun. I thought that I would try it out first before seeing if my little ones would be able to play with it.I played it inside the house and we have quite a large living area and this thing makes the little balls fly through the air. Lot of power in that little gun thing. I found it quite addictive which is probably a shame for my children as they would have to share with me each time we play. :-)My boys instantly found it very funny for some reason. I think the sight of a ball sticking to the target really got them giggling. I just had to make sure that they dont point the gun at each other as I had said before, the gun does make the balls shoot out and cover 10+ ft.Once they got the hang of it and fired all the balls at the target they would run to the target and we spent time adding up the scores and then they would run back to the shooting location.When I say that we added up the balls that hit the target, there was not many to be honest so the summing up was easy for me.The good thing about the balls are that they are soft and bouncy so wont cause damage from range.Playing outside was better for them as they can run around more and get rid of their energy. Probably more safer as the chances of hitting things that are not the target are slim.
