I actually bought this item to wash my dog bowls. I wash them every day and did not want to submerge my hands in soapy water when I was in a hurry before work. I love that the wand is long enough to where my hands stay dry. The scrubber easily cleans out the leftover residue in the bowls and excretes the perfect amount of dish soap. Others have reported that soap leaks out of the screw cap but I do not have that issue. Super happy with this purchase as it is easy to use and gets the job done!

This is my favorite add on item. You will always need a dish wand (Especially if you don’t own a dishwasher), but it’s functional, and has multi use purposes. I change them out ever month. Most people don’t know you should change out often to prevent germ build up. (Even if you use bleach)Before I throw it out. I want to be clear that I would never recommend the use of a sponge for your overall cleaning as they are known to breed germs and bacteria. It's only a few dollars, but still....It doesn't come with instructions. Try and figure out how to remove the piece of paper that must be removed for it to work. You can't. I had to use a screwdriver. And then keeping the scrub pad on? Only with a rubber band. Eventually I just threw it out. If you get it, good luck.

While trying to remove the cardboard tag so I could fill it with soap, a piece of plastic broke off under the blue scrubber head. This meant I had to throw it away, which caused a little bit of cursing/high blood pressure raise.Unbeknownst to me, there were some extra scrubber heads under the kitchen sink so I was able to slide one on easily, probably because there was no cardboard in it. I'm not sure about the durability...but the price was good. Get what you pay for, maybe?

I love these detergent wands. The pad is great for scrubbing and no messing with dish soap.
