Expected cheap and cheerful for the heavily discounted price. What I got was pretty heavyweight and sturdy, good quality. You have to fix the handrails onto frame but the tools are provided. Personally I've got to the age where those handrails are essential to make me feel safe. Wide steps really help too. The downside is that it increases the storage space needed. I tried it, cleaning a ceiling fan. I felt totally safe. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Perfect for me. Needed a general purpose ladder for me to be able to do little jobs rather than have to ask or depend on others, my balance isn't great so I needed a sturdy safe set and I'm glad I chose these.They are nicely made with a very good price, some of the more expensive sets seem no different, so why pay more.This is so easy to open and has a handy tray so I don't have to worry about balancing safely whilst trying to hold tools/paint etc.Love how flat it folds for storage and is light enough for me to move it around the house.

It's a very sturdy ladder and is more than high enough. I was able to paint my ceiling from the third step . Lovely wide steps. Good length on hand rails . I felt quite steady on it . It's surprisingly heavy, which I'm not quite used to yet . Good value for money

Came well packaged. Came dusty. Came fully assembled. I wanted a 2 step, but chose the 3 step as they were on sale and you never know if you need an extra step. I like that the handrail on the 3 step ladder is at chest/waist height making it easier to hold onto. The frame is very sturdy and solid, but that also makes the ladder quite heavy. They fold flat and have an extra wide foot step. The Apex angle of the steps seem close together, making the lowest level step difficult to find/put you foot back onto when descending the steps. And, despite the ladder being a little bigger than I had imagined and heavier (which are not too bad a things) the reason for the 1 star deduction and my fault for not checking, I guess, was that I was expecting the steps to be made of steel, they looked like steel, but they are made of plastic, thick plastic, but plastic nevertheless and so not sure how long they will last. Thank fully, they are for occasional use and so will hopefully withstand the weight.

Great, sturdy ladders. Very safe to climb. Great height to reach ceiling and higher and the fitted tray at the top is ideal for holding items such as tools, paint tins, brushes etc.

Sturdy and well designed. However quite heavy which is satisfying as it makes it very stable even on any surface. Good value for money.

This small but very sturdy step ladder is ideal for me . I have found it to be a very handy tool when I need more height around the house or in the garden. I am 90 years of age but find that I can move it around my home with reasonable ease. It also folds up nicely.
